I had high expectations based on initial interactions, but the experience fell short. Communication was often lacking, leading to misunderstandings that should have been easily avoided. While the craftsmanship on the surface appeared acceptable, there were several issues that became apparent shortly after completion. Resolving these problems proved to be frustrating, with delays and unclear responses prolonging the process. Overall, the level of service did not align with what was promised, and it left me wishing for a smoother experience.
