Highly recommended, in front of a bus kick and a bus station ten minutes away. Near the London Eye and the Aquarium. Very beautiful and with excellent attention.

Excellent quality, careful staff, impeccably clean and well organized. Location couldn't be better. Breakfast and other meal options are just superb.
The only downside would be the prices, sometimes spiking to large values, so if you afford it I couldn't fault it. Excellent venue for business events, also.

Rated as 5 star but I'd say 4 especialy when you find tape repairing hole in the floor and view of a wall.

Very beautiful hotel with only one negative point the swimming pool and the spa which is not up to the standard of this hotel, in fact it has a magnificent decoration, the restaurant located on the 1st floor offers a view of the Thames and the o2 arena, on the top floor a lounge bar also offers a magnificent view, the rooms are beautiful spacious and the bathroom even more with a shower and a bath both, excellent service by the very pleasant staff you can find there French speaking staff, the nearest metro station is 7 minutes on foot and the London Eye 20 minutes on foot which makes it an ideal place to move quickly and everywhere because in the center of everything

Such a amazing place to spend Christmas... Apartments super comfy & the staff are so very friendly. Was no trouble to help with Christmas gifts that needed tools & batteries. And Christmas Dinner was just amazing.

Lovely hotel, I went with a friend for my 22nd birthday and we felt very glamorous in such a fancy hotel. Good price as well.

Sound proofing in this hotel is terrible. Avoid if you want a good nights sleep.

Loved my stay here, fantastic location, food is a reasonable price and if you head down for breakfast early enough then you get a brilliant view. Planning to go back every year.

Stayed here wonderful service, really nice and tidy very impressed highly recommended.

First given room that was already full, then room that did not meet our booking. Lights all automatic and difficult to operate, no explanation room, on TV obsolete all explanations.

Don t bother its not worth hassle. Payed upon arrival before 1400, stored bags concierge who are brilliant. Came back after 1400 and given wrong type of room, then at last got someone who seemed to know what they were doing . Got voucher for couple of free drinks in bar/restaurant as correct room was still not ready. Back to reception to get correct keys, different person and then tried to charge me for room again! Room ok window was locked open so bit of draft first thing next morning. Packing up room discovered old food from a previous guest! Went to check out and again asked to pay my bill which I had already done. Only stayed here the night as previous weekend stayed in Park Radisson Cardiff which was a complete shambles, and gifted 28000 points! Didn t complain through messenger again as I don t want any more points stay at your chain/group of hotels.

Great hotel, indoor pool, great breakfast selection. Perfect location for all London. Vauxhall Metro and Rail is 5 minutes walk.

Awful room, no view at all (except for construction material) on first floor. They were cleaning the hallway carpet when we arrived, the smell was intense and they left the floor wet!

I had originally booked to stay for 2 weeks and asked to modify stay duration to 1 night instead. Had no response to emails from inhouse reservations, phone diverted saying it was closed, had to contact several places to finally get a response from travel agent. I was advised that a modification of the dates was not possible despite my plans changing... i had to cancel the booking instead of the property being able to accommodate for the changes.. and i was still charged.

Great location and great view of the river but I really hated the perfume they put in the lobby, it was too much and I felt like I could not breath properly.

Nice hotel but the views are not great. Also it's very hard to find the driveway, the turning is very hidden.

I stayed here for 4 nights, I arrived at 7am and they had my room ready which was fantasic after travelling for 24 hours. The staff were fantastic, the food was fantastic, the room I had was perfect , plenty of room and i did not feel cramped in. They have a taxi bay right out the front so no need to walk to find one, a sitting area out the front as well so you can enjoy the views right on the river, Everything was within walking distance, a perfect little grocery store next door. I am definitely staying here again, loved it loved it loved it

Nice hotel. Room not serviced... you have to press the button to get your room serviced. Not told that on check in. Also I'm a Raddison Gold card holder but was not given access to the executive lounge...

The hotel is really great, the rooms, the breakfast really great. In the evening at the hotel bar friendly staff, the cocktails were really delicious except for the restaurant manager, he has really spread unrest. Incomprehensible as one can deal with the staff if the guests notice. Unfortunately, it was really corrosive and I wanted to leave the bar as soon as possible, it really blew the atmosphere !!!!

I stayed at this hotel recently overnight with my fiancee. We where on the 13th floor with not much of a view but the room was lovely. There was a minor problem with the mini fridge that was sorted very quickly. They let us check in early and the staff where very friendly. We did not eat here except for some room service late at night (a delicious hot BLT and some sweet potato fries) and breakfast which was a buffet full English and continental as well. There was a selection of drinks to have hot and cold and the eggs where cooked to your request. I very nice hotel with friendly staff and good transport links locally.

Good location indifferent check in supervisor who had very poor command of English. Lovely big rooms and a decent shower but the view was to the side into another part of the hotel. Air conditioning was ineffective and as noisy as an aircraft engine so turned off to allow sleep. Nice gym on the 5th floor. Not great not terrible just average.

The room was not in conformity. The incompetent staff. The pool is out of order They offer you a deal: if you do not change the sheets, they offer you pizzas. This is frozen basic margarita pizza. 2 for 3 people. They try to charge you for room service for this one. They do not change the sheets, but do not even clean the room and bathroom either. In short: the scam. The breakfast is uninteresting.

The hotel is in a good location right on the River Thames. It is about a 15-minute walk to the London Eye. In addition, it has a perfect connection to public transport, the bus stop is right outside the door. The room was very nice and impeccable, the staff was super friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was also very good. The house itself is very nice with the great lighting. All in all a great stay.

Good surprise. We were upgraded to a junior suite because of an issue in the room we had booked. Great suite, very spacious with all amenities you need. In addition, the personal was very helpful. We had initially booked a twin room and in the next five minutes we arrived the sofa in the lounge was converted in a double bed. Only remark is that this is overlooking the train rail with the noise of trains. Although the windows attenuated the noise we could still hear these. If you book a suite, you might want to check before where it is located. Having said that the room overlooking the river are also overlooking the main road.

Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Good service, breakfast and what a beautiful suite we got that time. Will for sure come again later.

All style and not much substance really. Aesthetically this place is great but then the finer details of what makes a hotel great were missing.
No cups or spoons in the room to make the tea and coffee. Booking said complimentary water (much needed in this heat) were missing from the room. Some weird ironing board that was completely dysfunctional. Fire alarm went off at 4am.
Food took over 30mins in the restaurant just for a starter and staff took my plate while I was still eating so I had to ask for it back and the waitress laughed and said no you have finished ?!? What?!?
None of the above should even have been a thing in a well run hotel. It s the little things that mean a lot when you pay extraordinary amounts to stay in a hotel.

Just seemed like it was too big for them to be able to get things right.

Edit: the manager has responded below but hasn t actually read what I wrote correctly - it wasn t breakfast? Who has a starter for breakfast? It was dinner. In the restaurant. See, prime example of not really paying attention to the finer details

Had to wait two hours for my room, it wasn t ready until 5 in the afternoon when I needed to be somewhere important. Also after leaving I notice they charged me twice on two separate cards so had to return as no one answers the phone on reception.

Sometimes for bussiness I stay over the night and is quite good. Is very good located next to vauxhall station and the river views are amazing.
Today personally I had a bad experience with this hotel, the team were quite unproffesional making so many mistakes.
We booked room for two, and in the list just appeared one, same as breakfast; they didnt stop coming to our table during our meal asking asking and telling us they couldnt find the second person in the list...which was embarrasing and uncomfy breakfast moment.
In the room, the housekeeping tried to open the door several times while we were changing and having shower, no knocking no phone calls and we already hang out the Do not Disturbe please.
Then, last thing they tried again to come in without knocking our door first, to tell us we have to leave at 1 when our room was booked till 2.
We rang the receptionist but no attended at the end.
We complained afterwards downstairs for this service offered and pleased they sorted and apologised at the end.

Went to the pan Asian restaurant here. Some of the dishes were good but so pricey. It has the vibe of a hotel restaurant - no personality

I booked the executive suite, which was clean and immaculate. A great gesture by the room service with a free bowl of fruit and complementary bottle of 1ltr of mineral water.

The restaurant and bar area had great views and the food was exquisite. The only downfall to the hotel was the gym. Not enough machines, difficult to find and get to (on the 5th floor) between rooms and limited space. There are plans to build a swimming pool, which may offer a better fitness facilities. The nearest tube is 20 minute walk and easy to reach.

Venue is well situated. Upon entering the room, it was clear the bed had not been changed. Reception reallocated a room but unfortunately the shower didn't work properly there and the TV was not tuned in properly, no BBC channels. Problems happen and I wasn't too bothered, but when asked on check out if I had any issues, and I informed them of the problems, there was no apology or even acknowledgement that I had spoken! When I pointed out that I had been completely ignored, they cut shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Decent breakfast but don't expect and customer service overall

Nice hotel. Our room didn't have any view at all but clean and comfortable. Not near any tube stations with the nearest one in Vauxhall which is about 10-15 min away.

Very good quality and spacious modern room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about but to the standard expected. In house laundry cost was quite high, I would recommend supporting the nearby local businesses and do your washing elsewhere if you have time and inclination.

Really nice inside. Rooms lovely. Carpets in hall ways need replacing they look dirty and old. Not keen on 2 tier breakfast. One for posh a d another for commoners. They should mention on website about extensive building work going on to hotel and surrounding buildings. But a pleasant stay overall
Also not sure about being served by pretend french accents. Funny though.
