River Lodge Assisted Living Reviews

My mother stayed at this facility for a month after my stepfather died. She was released and moved back to her home. Since then, an employee of RiverLodge has befriended my mother. I found out that he had taken her to an attorney and encouraged her to name him in a Power of Attorney. Fortunately, I managed to stop her from going through with it. I contacted the facility. Spoke with Mindy about it and she defended him, and denied that it was inappropriate. Only place your loved one here if you have the money tied up tight!

I can't say enough good things about Riverlodge and the staff. Everyone has treated my parents with the utmost respect and kindness. The facility is lovely. I would highly recommend Riverlodge to anyone who is exploring assisted living in Mountain Home. It's truly comforting to know that my parents are safe and so well cared for since my siblings and I live quite far away.

The management is very unprofessional, that explains the high turnover in employees I am a CNA and worked there for almost 2 years and got let go because my back stubbing coworker Allyson took a picture of me when I was resting in a recliner while being very sick. I had a great relationship with the residents and that seems to bother the manager. I got a text message letting me go and tried to call but no answer It s a good place to be but the management needs to change. To much favoritism and not carring for the best of the residents

Our experience with River Lodge has been fantastic thus far. I have interacted with Mindy, Tiffany, and Peggy many times and have nothing but great things to say. My parents seem quite happy!

I worked at Riverlodge Assisted Living for the better part of 3 years. Hesitantly gave my letter of resignation due to moving out of the area. After a year and a half, I moved back to the area and without question reapplied! Great place for any CNA to work for. Staff and management become your second family.
If you're thinking about Riverlodge to be your new home for your loved one, I highly recommend it! So many smiling faces, great food, transportation to and from appointments, daily activities, weekly Walmart trips, friendly and efficient staff!

I am a Lead CNA @ riverlodge and I have been employeed with them for almost 2 years now. I love working @ this place dont get me wrong every work place has its ups and doens but It really is the best place to work. I love my residents and other staff (my aides) I work with. I would definitely recommend this place for your family members to stay or work here also.

CNAs are helpful. Most RNs are as well. It's hard to talk to senior management however.
Head nurse has no personality and doesn't seem to care.
Office manager has got yelling down to a science! Trying to reason with her is impossible.

Very disappointed in this place. The CNAs and most the RN s are very helpful. Needless to say not the same for the people in the office. Mindy and Tiffany are rude, uncaring and disrespectful people. Wouldn t put my dog in this place, much less my mother.

My grandmother stayed at this facility. What a mistake. The director, Mindy, is one of the rudest and uncaring people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.In a time of sorrow once my grandmother passed away, she was very unprofessional and did not treat me with respect. I wouldn't let my dog stay there let alone my loved one. Maybe if she were gone that place would be a loving and caring environment. But until then, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a -20!!!
