I'm impressed with the knowledge of the customer service reps and their willingness to help. They are my go to people.

I just want to say - "I Love my new Doors". The doors have updated the look of my home both inside and out. The doors offer me the security I was seeking. The doors are more energy efficient. I wish I would have done this years ago. They offer a great selection to choose from - whichever you choose, I know you will be as pleased as I am, the quality is there.. Sherri N. Rockford, IL

Love this company. Doors ship fast and the product is amazing. Dan who works for the company as a vendor rep is very knowledgeable about doors and is honest about the process and the lead times. He helped me set up an account for ordering and then showed me how to do it step by step. I will keep ordering from this company.

I would not recommend this company. The current door is the second door installed because the first one had several defects. Extreme fading and chipping across the entire bottom half of the door. Our contractor stated we had a 5 year warranty and has tried to contact this company several times for a year regarding this issue with no response. I called myself and they will not call me back. After multiple attempts between both parties I now have to spend the money to fix it or buy a new door after only 3 years. We have had several people comment on the poor quality they see. Both doors from this company have been very poor quality and I would NOT recommend.

I ordered a custom door back in May and was delivered weeks late and with a cracked glass. The door itself also looked poorly made. I complained to Home Depot (as it was ordered through them) and they ordered another door for me. Here we are in November and I still don't have a door. I do not recommend working with this company.

River city Millwork does not stand behind the products the sell. Faulty window took over 3 months to replace and I have to pay the labor to have installed. Very disappointing experience.

Would STRONGLY recommend not doing business with River City Millwork. I have been waiting for one set of doors for 16 WEEKS! I have scheduled a contractor for install, five times based on the delivery time provided by River City Doors and Menard's.

A second set of doors arrived a few weeks ago with the glass installed backwards in the doors!!

They are very undependable, unreliable......pretty much a "train wreck"!!!!!

P.S. Menard's has NOT made the situation any easier nor, sensitive to the significant inconvenience for myself & contractor. I would have given them zero stars if this was an option!!!

We recently replaced all the interior and exterior doors in our home. We ordered solid wood doors in a Shaker style. Due to the preexisting trim work in our home, the new doors had to be specially stained to match. We were so impressed with the attention to detail in getting the stain color just right (Kudos to Shawn!). Then, when the doors came in, we were thrilled with how gorgeous they looked and how perfectly they matched. Our friends and families have asked for referrals because the new doors are that beautiful. We have recommended this business to many folks and will continue to use River City Millwork for our home restoration needs.

I am a contractor that works in Boise Idaho and just tried to order doors from this company via their 1800 number and was told that they are not willing to ship to anywhere other than the midwest and only to the big box stores. Shame on you for not wanting to support the little guy and ship outside of a designated area.

The River City team is a pleasure to work with and are great listeners.
