Family Fun Day! Plus we all ate out and brought souvenirs
Went for event there entrance procedure was very disorganized. I feel there should have been things in place to organize the lines for Levels of ticket holders and line skippers. While I enjoyed the event I will say leg room is bad I am 5'6.5" and my knees were hitting the back of seat in front and so was my hubbie who is 5'9". There was a guy in front 6'+ who sat with his seat up. Bathroom lines were surprisingly short so not an issue. Maybe leg room wouldn't be an issue but Our event was 5 hours long even with standing an 1/2 hr on every hour enjoying the performances; knees were hurting. Also staff should be more proactive to prevent people from standing on steps blocking patrons view and safety of those going up/down stairs. It is very far main road pacific Ave entrance is on broad walk for real. Luckily for us we walked there because it was less than 1/2 mile but our group's hotels were farther away who drove to self park which was across street from block you turn into to go get to broadwalk hall entrance.
This is a wonderful spot to see a show. You will love it all sits are good seat.
Parking is only "CASH ONLY"..get there early.... cause if you don't ... Be prepared
A fantastic building and almost unbelievable pipe organ. The largest in the world! A great tour of it all is available too. Have to return to the area in warmer weather to enjoy even more of the boardwalk sites and ocean.
Good place to see s concert. Food and drinks fairly priced.
Two fabulous pipe organs here, one W.W. Kimball in the Ballroom (Theatre) 97% restored Theatre organ and the very large Midmer-Losh pipe organ 53% restored.! 4-manual in theatre and 7-manual in the Auditorium.! Worth the trip and donate to the Restoration Fund.
Had a great time here! The venue was beautiful, the light show was awesome!!! We saw Luke Bryan and Little Big Town. Would definitely come back, my family really enjoyed it!
It s a beautiful grand building. Very huge concert hall.
I saw Fleetwood mac here and I was absolutely blown away by the venue (and the band obviously - it's Fleetwood mac how could you not be blown away). It's such a beautiful venue and I would def go see more concerts there!
The seating arrangements is not the best. They need to invest in larger screens for those that are further from the stage.
The show was great but the way they have things set up at Boardwalk Hall is terrible. I had a floor seat for the Tool concert on 11/22/19. There were no bathrooms or places to buy a drink on the level where I was seated. So before the show started, I walked upstairs to buy a couple bottles of water. They told me they had to remove the caps so I ended up just buying one. I wasn't about to pay $4 or $5 for a bottle of water and have it spilling everywhere because it didn't have a cap. Then halfway through the show when I was thirsty and needed to use the restroom, I tried making my way back upstairs but the lines were ridiculous. I didn't want to miss the rest of the show waiting so I decided to hold it in and be thirsty the rest of the night. Luckily the show was so good that it made up for how poorly they run the venue. The sound was good and the lights and effects were cool. Staff was apathetic and couldn't answer simple questions.
Beautiful as well as relaxing yet so many things to do. The casinos, kids play area, wide variety of delicious foods, the beach, clothing stores , and more. Love it there.
Watching the AFL, AC Blackjack's, awesome time easy to find seats, good time,
The arenas was Madd Cool the food for what was there was like going to the movies.
Great indoor racing....as good as Daytona! JeffP Maine
Went for a concert. The acoustics were just ok. The service for food was good. The bathrooms were horrible. I know it's an old venue, but the lines were long. The floors in the bathroom were very wet and filthy. No excuse for the filth considering the fees you pay.
Great Venue! Largest Arena in Town. Ain't no Rodeo over at the Borgata! DOAC right here!
Great venue where every seat feels like a good seat. Only complaint is when the event is sold out, it is very difficult to walk through the vendors and to the bathrooms due to the crowds.
I saw Van Halen there back in 2008 and it was phenomenal. Great place to go see a concert!
I went to a Nas concert yesterday and could not believe how poorly ppl were being treated. The place reeked of weed and the staff was disorganized, rude, and abrasive. The staff did treat concertgoers like paying customers. Instead, the staff acted like occupiers. The concert started 1 1/2 hours late and the room didn't feel like it was air conditioned or well ventilated. It was my first and last time there.
Every Wednesday 10 am fantastic crawl through the historic organ.
Overall, we had a good time at the show. Seating was a little cramped, even in the higher priced sections. The parking garage only accepted cash, and the attendant almost didn't seem legit. I was reluctant to hand him money. The garage was dank and smelly with puddles everywhere (creepy looking). It was helpful to have people directing traffic to available parking, but at the end of the night, leaving was a free-for-all with no one directing traffic. It took forever to get out.
The staff did not open the doors as stated (1 hour prior to event) with publicizing the event. Women's bathrooms were disgustingly filthy!!
Seats are too tight and very uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to the show was over. In addition, the parking lot is terrible. It only has 1 exit. It took an hour to get out the parking lot.
great great USA pageant and I like the old building
It was dead when we went many places closed down.. unless youre simply gambling.. this place was boring for us.. and the outlet stores very really pricey .. The mall was 90 percent shut down it was deserted and depressing... how sad... this use to be a fun and cool place
Didn't like that I was on the first floor and had go to the second floor to get food or use the bathroom should have on both floors my opinion
Very spacious... not really a theater/ stadium feel. The highet priced seats were uncomfortable padded folding chairs. Not set up in peek a boo style. The person in front of you is directly in your line of sight of the stage. The screens aren't large enough to actually see comedians from the the middle nor back. The actual show was great, venue NOT so much.
Such a charming and historical building in wonderful Atlantic City. Great place to see a concert or a Arena Football game. Parking can be tricky.
Went to the information center at convention center. Two ladies in there were attentive. The young one asking everyone what she can help everyone with? and smiling! Awesome. I was given a free magnet. Bought a lottery ticket but not a winner . ( )
Nice big venue able to walk thru the casinos most of the way to get there ...but make sure your bring jacket will need to go outside at one point...but u have to know where your going or you'll beg lost
Intimate arena! Didn't think it was possible to have that small theater/club feel at an arena concert.
Great place to see a concert. Long lines for refreshments though.
Nice place cld still see performer clearly from far up
Beautiful room, great acoustics, seats a little tight, if I attended another event there, I would get a floor seat.
I took the Organ tour today and heard the Grand Organ recital. It was amazing.
went to see Lynyrd Skynyrd in concert here. Easy to navigate through though the hall and employees were all very polite. Plenty of choices for food and drinks. The concert was excellent!
Atlantic City is one of my most favorite places, so much to do for all ages, this picture was taken at the sand contest, which happens every summer, a must see event
I don't like that they require you to pay for cups the same price as if you're buying a drink...
It's a nice place. Very clean. Seats are comfortable, but don't have alot of leg room for tall people. Alot of vendors. People are very helpful because the seating assignment is hard to understand. One suggestion is to make sure both TV screens are clear and precise of the people on the stage. One screen was blurry.
This is an awesome venue for concerts and shows. Sound is very nice.
Everything to see, eat and buy ... even better at night and great fun to vacation.
I went to a Mother's Day show and it was awesome. What can you say Boardwalk Hall is always a winner.
Mike Epps and all the comedians were really funny. It was a really good show!
Nice theater. Good layout. Nice location on the boardwalk. Bit pricey for drinks, but that's show biz.
It was great just wish more signs to get into parking garage had to walk to blocks cause couldnt find it
Went for the free organ concert.
Enjoyed are visit.
