Rite-Way Mobile Home Service Reviews

King D, there is no one at Rite-Way named Jenny, and they're hasn't been since I started here a year and a half ago. You have the wrong company.

Set up a move with Jenny to move a double wide before Christmas and she assures me multiple times they will be able to move it and just call when I'm ready. Then I call her in about a week or so later after I but the home and take it all apart and she says now they can't move it for 2-3 MONTHS!! I said lady do you not realize I just bought and took this home apart and got it ready for transport! She pretty much said oh well call someone else!! UNREAL!! SO NOW I'M STILL LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO MOVE MY HOME!! THANKS ALOT RITE-WAY AND MERRY XMAS TO YOU TOO!

SHE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING THEN HAD THE NERVE TO BE RUDE!! OH YEAH AND THEY'RE A RIP OFF!! THEY WERE CHARGING ME DOUBLE OF WHAT MOST WANTED!! ** WORST COMPANY EVER!!**

Rite is a great company that will truly go the extra mile for their customer.

I'm not sure who the reviewer that left the 1 star is talking about. I know these guys and they're is no Jenny working at Rite Way and this doesn't sound like Rite Way. Maybe they confused them with another service.

Highly recommend this company! Very professional driver. Gave helpful tips on how to fix and upkeep mobile home. Thanks again Rite-Way and thanks again to my driver J-Ganley

My neighbor recommended Rite-Way when I had to have my mobile home re-leveled. At first I was impressed with the friendly manner and reasonable "rough estimate I got from Angela. Due to my financial situation I had to wait a couple months before I could have the work done. That's when things went downhill with Angela and getting me on the calendar and that's all I'll say about that (the reason I dont give 5 )
When they FINALLY came out they were on time, professional and very easy to talk to. It turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated and should have cost far more than it did. However, since I was given a written estimate without anyone actually looking at the job first, they didnt charge me any extra. It was a big mistake on the part of Jenny that worked out in my favor and that never happens! I was told Jake and his team would be the ones coming out. I got Mike and Matt, no Jake but those two guys were amazing.
All in all a somewhat bumpy experience but the end result was I couldnt be happier. I would recommend this place and it's all because of Matt and Mike and the awesome job they did.
