Had an amazing experience here today thanks to Gio and his fantastic service. My water glass was never empty and neither was my stomach. He made great conversation and was so friendly. Definitely will be coming back!
The pizza are prepped fresh and baked old school way. Great service as well!
I've only been there once but I intent to visit again, the staff was very polite and professional, the food was great this was a small detail but I thought it really stood out but the glasses we're really cold which was nice.
I have visited Pulcinella in the past and have always had a very enjoyable experience, the service has always been great and the food nothing less than outstanding, needless to say I was not disappointed this time around, quite the opposite. That being said, after this visit I did however feel compelled to leave a review and mention someone in particular who made herself worth noting, her name is Rheanna and the level of service she provided us with was exemplary to say the least, she set the bar pretty high and I can say for certain that it will be a while before I leave someone else a review of this nature. We had a lunch with my girlfriends in this place, it wasn't busy during the lunch time, which was nice, the service was great and we had a three course menu for $17, which is really a good value. Starter with salad and choice of any pasta. Then we had desserts - tiramisu and cheescake. Fantastic, tasty food for a good price.

I thought I knew good pizza until I tried Pulcinella and learned what good pizza really is. If you have not been, go. It does get a bit noisy during busy times but the service was good.
Delicious!!! Went with a group and we got a couple pizzas and both were amazing!! The rooftop tables were a great environment to be in as well. I have plans to come back.

This place is a hit or miss. Service is either phenomenal or horrible. Food is either knock your socks off good, or cold and lacking flavor. Been here over 5 times and each time is different from the last.
I went around 8:30 on a Saturday with 3 friends. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
The service staff did not seem organized since we had 3 different waiters throughout the night. I also didn't like it when the first waiter made still and sparkling water sound equivalent, yet the sparkling was an 8 dollar bottle.
The pizza tasted very good, and they use more cheese and toppings than similar pizza restaurants. I sugguest they should just cut the pizza instead of giving us steak knives to messily cut it ourselves. Perhaps you can ask for this when you order.
We recently visited Pulcinella during a lunch meeting with friends and I was excited to try their lunch menu specials, I went with the portobello mushroom, it was huge and so flavorful. So glad we visited.
Great neopolitan style classic pizzas. Also tasty tomato calamari.
The appys were great but the pizza was not bad but not what we expected. We got the diavola and it had a lot of the spicy sausage which I would normally say is a good thing but for me the chunks were too big, hard and salty to eat and because of it's saltyness it really built up and made it not enjoyable. Thinner slices might be a better way to go. The pizza was also really wet and had a really burnt bottom taste so much so that it was soggy and mostly soaked through by the time I got through my first slice. This is unlike anything I've had in Naples. The dough wasn't burnt that badly but I think leftovers from other pizzas were burnt on to the bottom so perhaps they needed to do a better job of cleaning the oven before putting in the next pizza. Overall it was ok. The waiter was awesome and I would make a dinner of the appys. I'll give the pizza another chance but it's definitely not my favorite Napolitan style pizza in the city, not by a long shot.
Great atmosphere and very good authentic Italian pizza. They also carry some very good imported draft beer from Italy and Germany. I highly recommend trying this place.
Busy for lunch service and incredibly filling for $17 plus drinks! Is it better than sex? No. Is it better than sad pasta cooked at home? Yes. So go and carb up then go home and roll around in overfull bliss.
Modern Neopolitan pizza and pasta. A little expensive but good. Loud on the weekends.
This is my second time eating here and I'm not impressed. I ordered the tortellini and the pasta was dry and gummy, the sauce totally uninspired and the atmosphere too loud. Our waiter was apathetic and didn't seem to care enough to ask if we enjoyed our meals, during or after, because if he did I would've told him. I had to ask to speak with the manager, and when I told him what was wrong, he barely apologized while he removed my meal from the bill. The service and food were not worth the price. Rectifying the bill is only part of an apology I didn't really get. Customer service is everything, especially when 18% gratuity is automatically included.
Pucinella's is my absolute favourite restaurant. It's a great place to go with both friends and family :) the food is amazing and I'd definitely recommend going.
Unprofessinal service for a very special occasion. Waiter made the comment that he only charges gratitudity on young ones because they pay with their parents money. Along with other rude remarks, the waiter also stood over shoulder while paying.
Been here many times and never, ever had a bad meal. The wait staff is always awesome and so is the food. The main dining room can get a little loud at times, but if you're looking for a more intimate table for two, ask to sit at a table in the lounge

Great experience there. Try the Diavola pizza, it's almost perfect. The staff is even so friendly that I had forgotten my expensive sun glasses and they kept em for me. They also pour a great Guinness.

Food is good, their pizzas are the best I've tried in Calgary, it is definitely the highlight. Everything else is mediocre. Service was bad, the waitress gave me a condescending look every time I said something like she was doing me a favor. Also, I almost forgot, order the unbaked cheesecake, it is amazing.
Food so rich with flavour. I highly recommend this place if you like excellent food. Service was spectacular. Atmosphere was bright and lively.

The food here is so incredible! I normally get the portobello mushroom (appi) and some pasta. The rigatoni I got this past time was so delicious!! The staff is always super helpful and it s definitely a great local business to support!
Calamari is fantastic and the Saltimbocca (Nutella pizza) for dessert is amazing.
Good pizza, one of the best in Calgary, a little charred but I think it's the best you can do without fresh Italian mozzarella
