Not worth the price. I had the vegetarian option which was exciting because most restaurants don t have that option but it was pretty basic. The pesto pasta was flavorless. The gyoza was the best thing. Some good unique dishes but most were nothing special. The dishes were random and no story connecting them. The service was amazing and the wine was delicious. We have our feedback to our server and the GM but they weren t interested in hearing it. Other customers also had a similar experience. Wouldn t recommend.

One of the best restaurants, and there is a good price for lunch - only for 75 euros per person. Worth most. We chose a 3-course meat-based business and everything was amazing, including all the treats and treats.
The day we arrived the whole restaurant was ordered by Chinese, so we got a private room - the one the chef hosts.

Two years have passed since dinner with Anthony, but I still have a vivid memory of the magnificent experience of tasting the flavors, aromas of his much sought after dishes. I had warm hospitality from you and your collaborators. A beautiful culinary journey full of flavors. I highly recommend!

Amazing food's experience. We took the 8 course-meal and everything was perfect. The food is the quintessence of the culinary art, the tableware is a surprise at each course. Service is super professional but at the same time is not cold, staff is explaining with kindness and pleasure every course. The wine list is extensive and propose also nice high quality wines. Nothing to complain. It is a five star experience in term of quality and service.

Disappointing service and staff indifference.

Disappointing service and staff indifference.
We visited the restaurant and the expectations were high and so was the disappointment.
The food was very bland, not creative, old-fashioned flavors and a side taste in dishes.
What surprised us most was that even though we shared the team with our feelings, they did not try to change the feeling for us to leave the restaurant feeling better but ignored us completely.
Highly recommend not to approach the restaurant, it's a shame to throw your money in the trash.
We were two days ago at the Pipero restaurant (one star of Michelin) was no less amazing.

Great food. We had the 10 course tasting menu. All but one are excellent. Much more consistent in quality and definitely a step or two above metamorfosi. What's more we finished in 2 hours instead of 4. And the environment was much more peaceful and serene. Service was good.

Il paglacio can be described as exceptional fine dinning. Their 8 course menu is a combination of Asian, French and, of course, Italian cuisine. Every dish is a new story delivered in its own special way. Even the combination of the flavors between foods is fantastic. Wine lovers will be delighted, due to the wide selection Italian and French wines. The staff is friendly, helpful and well coordinated. As a great coffee enthusiast, I was particularly excited about the selection of various coffee coming from Jamaica, Nepal, Hawaii, Turin and Sumatra. Try the coffee from the Hawaii named 'kona' and you will not regret it. The price of the menu is high but worth the experience I've gained. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant.

For me this dinner was magnificent, however, if you prefer a big steak and 3 vege do not go there.
The menu has clear Asian influences with some exquisite flavours and textures. The food was fresh, exciting, and tantalizing.
We had the 8 course degustation menu and were rewarded.

Of the tried-and-tested stars this is the least particular and decided. Embarrassing 15% required / suggested for separate service compared to the bill. Okay 'clown' but up to this point I did not think. Never happened in any starred Italian. And I think they would take more tips without asking this thing. Do you think that the service is not included in a restaurant that takes 2 Michelin? We thought it was a joke
