I went there thanks to an invitation from friends.
Finding a fault is difficult. Paolo & Co. have done a great job both for the location and for the menu.
The wines are superb, having eaten fish we went to a really excellent Friulian white wine cellar.
The appetizers (shrimp) melted in the mouth ... You really feel that the catch has a few hours of life out of the water .. Really quality.
Private environment, there are lounges inside and out.
The chef. Well the top. A person who cares about quality first and foremost. If you have a problem, immediately take care to guarantee a quality dish.
Price. Well, calculating that we are in Borgio Verezzi, that the place is really lovely and the quality of the food is excellent ... The prices are ok.

The menu is inviting and built on fresh, local ingredients. The attached photos speak for themselves of the quality of the ingredients and the simplicity of the preparations. Cooking, combinations and serving are wisely orchestrated to respect the authenticity of the ingredients.
A particular praise to the impeccable service. The constant presence of the chef is also much appreciated, this really makes the difference.

Great place with territorial cuisine . Super fresh fish from the sea served in a relaxed environment. It is a private house with only 20 seats for privileged customers. Open in 1982 and being starred Michelin Star as well. Chef Patron Paolo and Sommelier Cinzia are the owners.
