I have been going to Rise since February and they have made a good deal of changes in that time, all of which in my opinion are improvements. I am there nearly every day and the current staff and clientele that I interact with are all great people.

Great experience. Dr. Beall not only does adjustments, but ART which is working on the muscle groups on my back and body. He does business honestly and has gotten me results for my back pain.

Dr. Beall is amazing. I had an ongoing hamstring problem that interferred with my running and boxing. After seeing Dr. Beall regularly for ART body work I am completely pain free. Today I ran a full marathon with no hamstring pain. He is knowledgable, friendly, funny and his prices are very fair..

Terrible front desk customer service. massage was good she was very nice and informative. But probably NOT coming here again! Front desk guy was so unprofessional. When I came down from my massage ready to pay (this is my first time here) he said "did you need something??" as hes focused on talking to his buddy. of course I need something, to pay. He didn't even ask me to sing a WAIVER literally nothing..and the massage therapist said I needed to sign first time documents and a waiver... When he couldn't find it he just kept talking to his friend. I'm new and don't know how the payment works but he says "maybe it will get chargers tomorrow maybe today idk"... I leave and check my bank account...nothing..so I go back and ask for a receipt and when I mentioned why I didn't even sign a waiver for the massage he says "idk I don't any of this stuff". .didn't even give me a tour of the gym when I mentioned it. DO NOT Come here. ART is why I was interested but now I'm not sure.

Annoying how you are working out and people want to stare plus hownover crowded it gets and how people aren t clear on weather there done with certain machines or not like don t stand by the machine then when some comes to us it claim your using really frustrating considering 24 hour fitness because even when it s crowded you can complete your work out within 45 mins rather waiting for some ass to take 5 years to do there s and move on to the next machine

HIIT class with Derek has been awesome! If you are looking for a fun and challenging class I recommend giving his class a shot. I have been taking the class for about 4 months and my strength and endurance have both increased since starting taking this class. My recommendation to excel in the class is to really take your time during the warm up so you can push it during the workout. Derek does all thinking for you and all you need to do is show up, put in the work and reap the benefits. HIIT is high intensity but Derek and the others in class make it an awesome experience.

Rise has everything!! I LOVE being able to go to one place and get a massage, chiropractic adjustment, or even workout all in one day. The staff and trainers are so friendly and welcoming, and my experiences there have been nothing short of amazing!

Great place for barbell training. Lots of open racks and Rogue equipment. It has nice locker rooms and they have cardio, personal training and group exercise classes upstairs. Excellent monthly rates. It looks like this place used to be called Alameda Athletic Club, but the sign out front has been replaced by Rise Bodyworks.
