This is by far the worst agency I ve ever had to work with. Their new agent is horrible at responding or getting any type of answer. I call she doesn t answer, I text she doesn t answer. I was terminated a week ago and I still haven t received my things or answer on a bonus I was supposed to receive.

The way this company handles contingent workers and their respective agencies (if any) is really quite horrible. RightSourcing has recently become the third party solution for a company that has paid for my consulting services for 4+ years.
It would seem that RightSourcing's strategy is to throw out everything and start over. Any and all verifications, forms, applications, signed documentation, new hire documentation, personal records, etc. all need to be re-submitted.
They do not have hard requirements about what is acceptable documentation. At any time they can, and do, determine that whatever information was originally okay is not acceptable anymore. They will need to be re-done and/or hunted down at the expense of your time. When you cannot meet their standards because they keep changing them, they will try to pull you for compliance.
If you have the audacity to question the purpose behind redoing all of this work, as I did, you will be labeled as 'giving push back'. Need help trying to navigate through their moving targets? As a contingent worker, they will refuse to help you or talk to you and simply refer you back to your firm (if you have one), even if your firm is just as confused about their requirements as you are.

If your culture as a company is that you care about your employees and other workers that provide their services to you, you will avoid RightSourcing. You do not want this company representing you. No one wants to deal a company that either doesn't know what they are doing or simply doesn't care.

I personally will advise anyone seeking consultant, freelance, or contract work to verify who their third party solution is. If it is RightSourcing, the smart choice is to move on because they will only cause you grief. At the very least, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!

Absolutely AWFUL. They took over for a previous vendor when I was already on contract with a hospital. They demanded tons of extra paperwork, rejected paperwork to make people redo it, demanded things that weren't even relevant to job performance. I would have quit had my contract not been nearly up already, and I LIKE the hospital and my agency. RightSourcing just absolutely sucks. If they're involved, STAY AWAY.

The negative reviews on here are examples of people who have been provided with inaccurate information. RightSourcing does not steal money from workers. The company has no access to payroll as they are strictly a vendor-neutral Managed Service Program that work as a liaison between healthcare facilities and the numerous staffing agencies that provide staff. Also NOT a staffing agency. RightSourcing does not source, recruit, or place jobseekers. Instead, the company acts as healthcare consultants, risk mitigation specialists, and vendor managers.

Horrible experience! Travel company (AMN) was awesome but this 3rd party steals money from you. If anyone ever applies for any kind of job anywhere, steer clear if Rightsourcing is involved. They say one thing, then tell you something else.

My traveling company is great. This 3rd party between traveling nurse company and hospitals is the worst experience I ve ever had!!!! Evil people. Ask your travel companies if they are working with them before accepting a contract at a hospital that uses Rightsourcing.
