Wally at Right Click not only fixed my non-functioning 10 year old computer but he also went out of his way to try to find a fix for a problem that I was having with my keyboard lighting. I had a three year old laptop that was slower than molasses on a cold winter day. I was ready to chuck the computer and buy a new one. The guy working here was friendly and very knowledgeable about computers. His beautiful dog also took an immediate liking toward me. I can't remember what type of dog he has, but it's a beautiful breed that I was able to identify as a herding-type dog. My laptop took only a few days to fix because he had to put in a special order for an outdated motherboard. My laptop works great now and I probably won't go anyplace else in Brookfield since this place gets the job done. Highly recommended.
After spending months trying to get a laptop fixed at a chain store computer repair service, I was referred by a coworker to Wally at Right-Click Computer Services. I took the laptop in, he fixed it in 10 minutes while we chatted and for a super reasonable price! Plus, Wally was so interesting and fun to talk to! I will definitely be taking any future repairs I have need of to him.

I called this afternoon because I was getting what looked like malware messages. When I Googled the messages, it was apparent that this was an issue with other users. I called Right Click Computer and he told me he could fix it and quoted me a very reasonable price. I took it in and he repaired it while I waited. It took less than 15 minutes. It was a great experience!!
I was told my mother board was fried by a computer export at a competing business (For the second time in 20 months) and was told just to buy a new laptop (twice). So, 2nd opinion needed.... I called Wally. He told me to bring it in after describing the problem to him on the phone. I think he had doubts the mother board was the problem. I was petting his pooch when he said to me, i think i found your problem, for a $20 counter fee. Within 6 minutes of me walking in the door, he had my lap top fixed and powered up (loose board). Like these other reviews attest to, save time, aggravation, stress and money, and just go see Wally.
