Mr. Riggs and his staff were all very friendly, courteous, and professional. When I presented my tax issue to Mr. Riggs, he started by first getting on a phone call without any pressure for me to hire him for services. Once on the call, he proceeded to carefully explain what was happening and what things should and should not concern me. After that, he actually told me how I could proceed on my own without paying him a penny - I was surprised that he would lay that option on the table. I decided to pay for peace of mind and hire Riggs to handle my tax issue and I am glad I did.

This is a great group of hardworking people at Riggs! You won t find anyone else who will work as hard for you as they do. They go above and beyond to take care of their clients.

I've been working with Travis and his awesome team for more than 20 years. They are extremely knowledgeable about their business. They know me and they understand my needs. Most importantly, they cheerfully take care of me and my family.

Riggs was good in initially meeting with me and helping me with some payroll issues for my business. However, when it came to getting my taxes done they were terrible at communication and getting the job done. They have had my tax info for 10 weeks for a more simple LLC and household tax filing. They have not completed this. I have also sent 3 follow up emails and no results. In the current situation of COVID-19 they should be able to operate with minimal but not substantial delays. Every time I reached out the Mr Riggs I would only get excuses. I did not feel valued as a client. When I suggested I would be leaving his firm he did nothing to retain my business. As a business owner I would never have done the same to a client of mine. I have now left his firm and they have earned the 2 star rating for poor communication and poor service.

Riggs and Associates are valued partners for us. We rely on them for our weekly, operational accounting needs (invoice review, AP, payroll), and monthly / year end financial statements, as well as corporate and personal taxes. They are very knowledgeable and also provide a very quick turnaround on time sensitive projects. They are also comfortable having the tough discussions that are sometimes necessary to help us become better at our business. We would definitely recommend Riggs and Associates!
