I have been working with David from RIG during my time in the UK. He has been a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to work as a locum.

I have worked as a locum Physio in London for the past 1.5 years and could not speak more highly of the service from my agent David Evans through RIG Healthcare. He was always incredibly quick to respond and worked hard to find the right roles for me. I could not recommend more highly.

The worst recruitment agency I've worked for. Extremely unprofessional and poor at helping employees when needed. I still have outstanding pay from October 2018 that has not been chased up or processed despite me sending several emails and making numerous phone calls. When asked to speak to senior director I was informed that I would recieve a call which never happened. So disappointed, will never work for them again, STRONGLY advise others do not too unless you're happy to work for free!!!

Okay so I'm going to get straight to the point.. I recently qualified as a Physiotherapist and have been looking for a job suitable to my needs. I came across this agency and thought I'd give it a go. My allocated agent, Phil Sewell found out what it was i was looking for and without no word of a lie he had me a job within week! I don't really write reviews but I wanted everyone out there to know this guy works wonders! Very professional and easy to get along with. Phil if you see this, I'd like to say thank you for getting me my first, well paid locum job after coming fresh out of university!

David Evans is a great ambassador for RIG, he has been receptive and conscientious with me and is always at hand to help or sort any issues. Hopefully will continue the partnership in the future on a number of different roles. A great Senior Consultant ! Thanks

I have had a really positive experience with Tom as my recruitment agent. He has always been really friendly to deal with and follows up on things when he says he will, which is certainly not always the case with other agents (from other agencies, not RIG) that I have been with in the past. I have recently signed up to a few agencies to find locum physio work recently and Tom is the only one who found me work, and he was by far the most pleasant to deal with. Thank you Tom

The best locum physio agency I used in the UK. My agent James Townsend was really prompt at organising roles, communicated effectively and I never felt like I had to chase them (unlike all the other locum agencies!). Would recommend! :)

Joe at RIG Healthcare found me exactly the role I was looking for. I had 5 ideal requests and I thought I would have to compromise on at least 1, but Joe found me a role to suit all 5. RIG were helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. I was paid on time from the 1st to last week of my placement.
I would highly recommend RIG Healthcare.

The team at RIG provide a caring and professional service. They care about their locums and take time to listen and obtain the right placement for both locum and employer. I can highly recommend them.

As an Australian radiographer moving to London for locum work, I found the recruiters at RIG to be highly supportive. Months before my move I spoke to recruiters which were happy to lend their time to discuss the current locum climate in and around London, which obviously got me quite excited to hear about the possibilities.

Fast forward to my first week in London, I was set up with Marc Woods, one of RIGs senior recruiters. His straight forward nature with his ambition to get the best job for his clients landed me in central London on an high rate in a clinically complex role. Since then I ve had multiple private roles and have remained in central London for 18 months and counting.

No agency has come close to the competitive rates that RIG has offered myself over the years. I couldn t recommend these guys enough from anyone moving to the UK or anyone moving into locum work.

Use only when desperate. Consultants rude and deceitful. Do not trust.

Never in my life that I will work in this agency again, there were times that my salary was delayed, unable to resolve my concerns very uncertain with legal issues its ok today the next no its not, there is no word of honour on this company. Even online training they want staff to pay them, ID badge, everything that they supplied to you. Apart from very inconsiderate , inefficient and lacked of knowledge in terms of legal issue. they keep telling lies to avoid stress,I rather move to other agency than to work here being exploited.

Decided to locum so that I could travel whilst working and was recommended to join RIG Healthcare. My agent Phil was very helpful in securing a role that suited my preferences and needs. Was always at hand when needed and was happy to answer any questions with no hesitation. Many thanks for making it easy.

I would strongly recommend working with RIG. I have had nothing but a good experience with them. Before moving to the UK I was given a thorough list of what documents etc were needed to make the move and transition into working in the UK as smooth as possible. I was referred to RIG by a friend and got into contact with my agent Phil Sewell. With his help I started work in an amazing locum position within weeks! Being a newly graduate i didn't think it would be possible for me find a locum position this easily but Phil made it happen!

I have been with RIG since 2018. Lia Wallace is an exceptional recruiter. I have had the privilege of being in one place for over 18 months. She was able to cater my needs and found a gem for me to work.

I am a physiotherapist from South Africa and have been working with RIG for locum jobs for the last few months. The process has been made extremely easy and stress-free thanks to my consultant, David Evans, who is always attentive and ready to answer any questions I pose to him. The process of finding jobs that are aligned with my preferences and in areas that I choose has been excellent. I was kept up to date with all the negotiations and requirements for my place of work, giving me peace of mind.I would highly recommend RIG to anyone who would like to do locum jobs in the UK, I cannot imagine having done it any other way.

Not sure why negative reviews, perhaps they are fake. My experience has been amazing, David Evans of RIG has been my saviour, always in touch and got me solid work whenever I needed it. My thanks to David and the RIG team.

Terrible experience! The pharmacy team are appalling - lack of professionalism and they never pay you on time, always waiting months to be paid by them. I wouldn t recommend them to someone i disliked. Don t use them, use HCL

Terrible experience, would recommend avoiding.
If you do go forward with them make sure everything said is evidenced in writing, ensure you are provided with a contract before commencing any placement. Confirm rate payable gross and net, and confirm agency fee.

I was rushed into a placement, which the locations offered changed multiple times. Agent lied and misrepresented information to over the phone and then subsequent forwarded documents that had different terms.

Complaints are ignored for as long as possible.

Very difficult to speak with members of the team, as they are too often, as I was told, in meetings. If you do speak with someone don't expect a rationale conversation.

Complaints, when dealt with, only provided the agency opportunity to address and rephrase there shortcomings and not rectify the issue at hand.

In my experience I had my rate significantly reduced from that which I was informed it would be. Additionally, the agent lied about me having full DBS Clearance.

Ultimately a very unpleasant experience dealing with this company.

Unfortunate that the agency were so terrible as the placement I was provided with was rather enjoyable.

Though, mea culpa, I should have recognised that things would not have been plain sailing when
the agent asked for a review and recommendation before ever commencing the first placement.

There are more transparent and trustworthy alternatives available.

Joe James at RIG is an fantastic recruiter - effective, hard-working and calm. I worked as an OT in the UK with him and RIG agency for over year. Joe sourced me two great jobs in Western-Super-Mare and Manchester. Unlike other recruiters, Joe was never pushy with communication and overall it was just an easy recruitment process.

Ive just finished 2 years in the UK and during this time Lia and her team at RIG, did not let me down once. They were always super friendly, easily contactable and able to negotiate short turn arounds for new contracts due to my impulsive nature with wanting to live a globe-trotting life. While other agencies didn t listen to my requests or preferences, Lia took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in terms of location, clinical area, pay, etc. leading to some of the most interesting jobs to date in my career. If you re looking for professional and friendly without the pushy (like a lot of other locum agencies) then I would highly recommend getting in contact with Lia!

The best recruitment agency in the UK especially when you have Chris as you consultant. I completely enjoy working with RIG, they never too busy and you get a weekly call to see how you getting on. I recommend RIG Healthcare anytime.

I've been locuming on and off with RIG for the past 2 years. They have been the best agency I have worked with in London. David is always very reliable and available for any issues, and good at following through on his jobs and promises. I have had some issues with being paid on time, particularly at the start of a new role, but David is usually pretty good at providing some financial compensation.

Good team ,respond very fast to any question, good advices recieved, hard to find better agency.

I am an OT and I find RIG very refreshing in comparison to other agencies, and I have used many previously. Laurence is friendly, pro-active, understanding, fair and moral. And especially quick to notify me of any jobs that suit my skills that are coming up in the area I want to work in. He listens to what I am looking for and we have built up a great working relationship, and an added bonus is he ensures that I am happy in my roles. I would highly recommend RIG to any other locums.

I have had a very positive experience working with Ollie and RIG Healthcare in preparing me to find work as an Occupational Therapist in London. Ollie and the team have efficiently provided me with information and explanations as needed. They are organised, knowledgable and true to their words. I would highly recommend this company to assist in gaining employment as a health professional in the UK.

After doing 5 shifts with RIG 4 weeks ago I have finally received what was owed to me today. Allegedly there has been a change of payroll provider but I question this.
I must have made over 50 requests either verbally on the phone or by WhatsApp (their choice) or email to be paid but it was excuse after excuse.
I made calls to two directors of the company when I was getting nowhere with frontline staff who assured me they would sort it but they didn t and one of them didn t return his promised call or respond to my email.
Many times I was promised by various levels of staff that they would ring me back within a specified time and they didn t so I was chasing them constantly.
I left an answerphone message on Affi Khan the CEOs mobile telephone and never did hear back from him.
All in all it was a terrible experience and has put me off working for an agency completely.
I certainly wouldn t recommend working for RIG.

I have been working as a Locum Occupational Therapist for RIG for almost a year, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The approach of the agency is very personable, while my agent, Richard Smith, is very reliable and helpful, and is always there to support me - within the reach of a phone call or a text message. I am looking forward to working with Richard for as long as I am a locum. My experiences with other recruitment agencies haven't been so good - I often felt like I was treated like a number rather than a person. RIG is the opposite of that - thanks for being there every step of the way on my path as an OT!

I've had a great experience with RIG. They've been very organised regarding all the needed documents, which has consequently helped in finding jobs faster. Waste of time, they post fake jokes that do not even exist. Save your time and avoid. Maybe they paid for the other reviews but they are a waste of time. I'm sure there are much better agencies with real jobs! I applied for many jobs with them, jobs that I wanted, and the jobs don't even exist! They started offering me jobs far away, and offered me a job, met the woman and then i never even heard from them again. What an joke. Avoid like the plague.

Lia has been a fantastic recruiter for myself whilst being a Locum Worker. She is extremely professional but also very personable and caters to my individual needs. She is prompt and caring and I have never felt like just a number whilst having the pleasure of working with her. I would strongly recommend Lia if you were looking for Locum/Agency work. She is enthusiastic and always happy to help.

David Evans at RIG helped me with a number of job placements (physiotherapy) over my time in the UK. I can't recommend him enough - he always pushed and searched for the exact roles I was after. David was also great with communication and making sure I was happy with the roles I was placed in.
