Very convenient that it is close. Good food. Great customer service. They have some items that smiths and Walmart don't have that's nice. The salad bar is very good. I like that reward points you get. Easy to find anything you need, being a smaller store.
Very good pricing full-sized grocery store attached to a Ace hardware
Dingy apples, withered lettuce, shriveled asparagus. Ridleys never fails to impress me with how consistently disgusting their produce is.
Did a little bit of remodeling at this store for them.
One of my favorite grocery stores! Great selection and pricing. Even better staff!
Awesome! I got some Christmas gifts there and it's not pricey!
Friendly staff and convenient.
Only issue is that the milk refrigerator cleanliness was well below par and made me hesitate buying due to the condition. Please address issue.
I love Ridley's in Eagle Mountain. Friendly, fast, and convenient for those of us that don't want to drive across the state to get groceries.
Easy and fast service, very local with lots of produce.
Very mediocre, but really the only option out here.
High prices, bad service. Left my items at the register because after 10 minutes of waiting in line I left.
Quality is just going down hill at this Ridley's. Moldy food/poor customer service/ and being overcharged on items. It sucks because I have been trying to convince my wife to support our local market, but after today yeah I think we will just shop at aces from now on.
This place is conveniently located for those near Eagle Mountain. I shopped here frequently. I m farther from Smiths (which I d rather shop at), but the convenience keeps me coming back. However, the prices here are consistently higher (0.35-2.00) than others in the area. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and super considerate. If you re looking to save, be smart about what you buy here. Use their coupons. I ve also asked about price matching or a rain check on sold out items that are on sale, sadly they dont.
Convenient and organized. Prices a little higher than the larger chain stores. Good staff and friendly/helpful.
Store manager is lazy, with no customer service. He refused to replace a defaulted tool, but your tools else where such a waste of breath and time.
Excellent customer service in floral, but don t deliver from this FTD contractor.
If they knock on the wrong apartment and have to return the flowers undelivered, they have to bring them to the closest Ridley for pick up by the customer. In this case Orem Center Street. Evening managers looked in front floor cooler and back produce cooler. They naturally thought it was at 1600 N store , because not there (remember mgr gone-flowers gone) . The 1600 N store manager answered, confirmed that they were at Ctr street and that a cell phone text from her would get to the mgr directly, even at home, and that he would contacted about this. Their Orem store manager, takes flower bouquet attempts home at end of his shift (home to his wife? Weird!) then when called on it, brought it back the next morning upon returning for his shift. Flowers were missing from both front floral cooler and back produce cooler once he left store. Staff checked thoroughly both coolers in case they were put in a methane inducing produce cooler which would ruin them. They also checked the floral cooler, where they appeared the next morning.90 dollars spent on FYD contract, not a small cheap bouquet. Now that he was called out by text, and had to bring them back. then I was able to pick up the next morning once Orem Ctr Street manager returned with them, knowing client was willing to search twice, come back two days in a row.
They were in the proper floral cooler. I found out that once flowers die because they are not available for pick up ( they are being enjoyed by mgr s gf) and are brought back from home to the store, they are then stored by him in a back produce cooler after wilted. I found that many flowers according to staff, end up back there after a week or so. Produce cooler full of them.
The next morning when Orem Ctr St mgr returned, they reappeared in the proper floral cooler.
Can only give Ridleys 1star because of this at this time.
Great place to go without driving to Lehi or American fork.
Super clean and modern compared to Ridley's stores in rural areas.. has DQ and Starbucks inside... Not bargain priced,, but handy and close by for the developments in the area.. Good selection without schlepping all the way to Smith's or Walmart...
I'd rather drive to Smith's. It is so much more expensive to shop here that I try not to need to. It is great for the occasional gallon of milk, but not my ideal weekly grocery trip. Great staff, limited inventory, and watch the deli food it can be old and nasty.
Great place to shop. The check out lines move quickly so you're not in line for a long time. Other than employees at the front you can't find them anywhere other than the deli or meat department. But great store otherwise!
Personnel are friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive.
Prices are usually a bit more expensive than other grocery stores, but it's convenient and close to where I live. I can usually get in and out pretty quick without having to wait in really long lines, and I love that they have a Starbucks and Dairy Queen inside.
Prices are a little higher but that is to be expected with smaller chains. They generally have what you need. Their butcher is very helpful, and they have some fun artisan breads. The connection to Ace Hardware is incredibly convenient, and the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable.
Rip off. Advertised discount but then did not ring up at register.
A great selection of all your home needs from groceries to yard care
We live closer to this ridleys and find it more convenient to shop here when we need a few things. The past couple trips to ridleys have made me realize that it s worth driving the extra miles to go to smiths or Walmart. The cashiers I have More
I love the variety of their fresh deli. Great place to get dinner when we don't want to cook.
Super convenient. Main reason I go there also they have a shocking large variety of items. You can get just about anything for a small project.
Ridleys is great. I will shop here before going to any of the big stores. Also having Skip as a service is a lifesaver. Everyone is friendly.
The people there were super friendly, they were really patient with my aging father. It's a large store with a lot of selection attached to a grocery store
I think the story of the girl who was accused of stealing .52 cents and her boys toy cars is ridiculous! I don't even want to shop at Ridley's again after reading that. Shame on the cashier girl.
Good store, small so it may not have room to carry some specific items. Plus side is it has an attached ACE hardware.
Apparently the mask mandate no longer the exists at this Ridley's. Saw 14 people without masks when I was in the store for about 5 minutes. Profit over safety.
I just went in to get a cable hook and ties. I asked an employee if they had any and he said he didn't know, and if it wasn't next to the hooks then they didn't have them. I had a hard time believing that they would sell the hooks, and not the ties so I looked around. I finally found them right behind where the employee I had asked was stocking shelves... I then went to the checkout counter where I waited for 5 minutes for someone to show up. A line had formed of the only 4 customers in the store, so I went to look for someone. I found a lady stocking shelves directly behind the checkout counter. I asked her if she could come help us check out to wich she replied " there should be at least 2 other people out there that can help you". I am not exactly sure what that had to do with me or any of the other customers waiting to give this establishment our money, but I do know that I will never return to this store. What should have been a 10 minute trip to the store ended up taking 30. It is sad that you can get better service at walmart...
I love working at Ace. I love working with the people.
The market is great but I don't like the Ace hardware policies. They do no honor any Ace rewards coupons or discounts. Plus no Ace rewards points for purchases.
Their pharmacy staff is awesome! We have had difficult prescriptions to fill. Sadly, it seems to be when they overwhelmed with other customers. So professional and kind. ~Kelli McDonald via Madison Hall
Not sure what is going on with the meat department this last 6 months , but you can't even trust the meat sold there . Miscolored and all looks bad 90% of the time . Sad.
Convenient location if you love on eagle mountain. Prices are good. We love the dairy Queen and the quenchers drink place as well.
I went into Ace to get a key cut and the cashier didn't know how so he had to call for help. He must have been the only employee working because I waited for twenty minutes and was never helped. I left. I returned a second time a few days later and was told by an employee passing by that the guy at the register would cut my key. This one guy who was the only one who knew how also must have been the only one who knew how to sell a gun to a customer because the other employee just hung out behind the desk. I waited again for 20 minutes without being aknowledged not once between the 2 employees at the desk. I couldn't believe they could not at least tell me "one moment". We made eye contact so many times it was astounding to me. I should have spoken up I was so furious. Very poor experience twice in a row. Oh and in the end my car key was cut poorly so now I need to take it to a professional and have it trimmed right.
Rather expensive, mediocre selection, and worst of all there's often very long lines at the check stand. The Skip app helps with the line but cell reception at the back of the store is poor and it can't be used on things like water refills
Love Ridleys, don't love the grocery prices but the ACE Hardware attached to them is great.
For being a small grocery store, I m quite impressed with the variety of brands they offer. I don t shop with a list - I buy what s freshest and on sale, so I could see people looking for specific ingredients being disappointed if they rely on lists because everything seems to be hit or miss (produce and meat sections specifically). I have mistakenly purchased expired yogurt, so I agree with what others say - check the expiration date before buying anything from the dairy section. There are more pros to cons though - it s conveniently located, has a friendly staff, and I love that Ace is attached to the store (as well as Starbucks!).
ETA on 2/26/20: Lately their produce and dairy section has been exceptional. Updating from 4 to 5 stars!
You never know with Ridley's sometimes it's an unbelievable deal or its like why is this so expensive? The donuts there are really good especially the fritters! To be honest the bakery is amazing there! The staff is great though always friendly always helpful.
Big and clean store. More stuff available than other Ridley's stores. It is a bit dark inside, though. Not any natural light.
When I first started coming here in spring of 2014, it was much better. Now produce and food is just mediocre, at best. No longer going here until they fix it.
Had what I needed. Google Pay didn't work. Chip reader barely worked.
Went to get their amazing 9.89 dollar deal for lunch. It's nice and cheap. Best friend chicken for the price. And their mac salad is the bomb!
Very convenient to where I live, lines aren t too bad when paying, depends on the time of the day.
Good prices, limited supply. Shares a small store with ACE Hardware.
Pharmacy has really gone downhill. The new tech was really rude to me and couldn't find my info in the system when my doctor called in a prescription. Spent hours trying to work it out while sick and needing medicine. I think she just was spelling my name wrong, not sure, but it really sucks being sick and having to deal with bad customer service. I used to love Ridley's pharmacy, but I won't be back.
Very small... This is a place to go if you need bread or lettuce during the week. Just not enough choices...
Great place to shop. They have this awesome app you can get on your phone, so you scan your items as you shop. Then pay for it on the app, show it to the cashier and off you go. Great experience and the staff are really helpful.
A decent store for the necessities. If you want MORE try Smith's in Saratoga Spring. The drive is not that bad from Eagle mountain.
Love me some Ridleys! I live in the neighborhood right across the street, so you can't beat the convenience. I also love that they do the Skip checkout app, which I use at least a couple times a week to buy a few quick items without having to wait in line. Love it! The produce and bakery items are way better than the big store who shall not be named. Prices are a little higher, but quality and convenience keeps me spending at least some of my monies here.
I came here a lot with my best friend and I just overall enjoy the experience. They even have a little upper level that you can stay at while you eat or drink or just chill.
They have 5 dollar fridays. Me and my friends got 5 2 liter coca cola soda bottles for 5 bucks with a rewards card. There rewards cards are free and easy to apply with. U dont even need it every time all h need to di is enter ur phone number. There doughnuts ar j think 65 cents but if its past 7 o'clock theg r half off. Another time we also got 6 fatboy sandwiches for 3.25 I think. It was at least three. We also did it with a rewards card. They also have a dairy queen there and a Starbucks. I am a mormon so I get a vanilla frappe which contains no coffee or anything bad. All is, is a freshly blended made with real vanilla beans and topped with whipped cream milkshake. Over all it's a pretty nice spot for all ages. The also have an ace hardware, subway, reverse health, jiffy loob, and so much more.
Great volume of grocery items. I really love the fresh, local produce!
Great prices and very friendly staff. It's never crazy busy, so I like shopping there instead of going to Saratoga Springs.
Great pricing on 12 packs, great selection on meats and groceries with friendly service. Much quicker to stop here with checkers always at the register, as well as easy in and out access!
Great Store, friendly associates! Hardware, post office and a Starbucks!
Love their milk!!!! Hehe! Love their other deals also.
Nice store, though a bit dark. Decent variety for a small, neighborhood store. Plus the best custard filled doughnuts! Those are a family favorite!
A nice place to shop convenient to shop there and the employees are very helpful
Awesome customer service. Prices a bit higher than other stores but great local grocery store and well stocked.
Great family store, nice to have a grocery store closer than Saratoga Springs!
