Most 3rd graded company and literally the office environment sucks ! You will feel like getting admitted to a military boarding school,not a employee of company :P . A small advice to all the freshers, just stay away from this company who are looking for jobs after b.tech (Civil/Mechanical). And one funny thing is you cannot use or attend your phone call during office hours or else management will scold you. and else take your phone away..can someone imagine this these days. Actually this is a primary school.Lots of salary irregularities, fire anytime they want.I had a really bad experience, actually not only me ask anyone who had worked here previously.

There is no drop down box in google reviews to reply you back, that's why I had to reply like this way, I must clear few things you said , I think you are not having the correct data history of former employees,let me tell you.
1: I joined this company through a paid consultancy , and I was selected.
2: My father never recommended in any way.
3: I worked for 3 months, which included 1 month of paid training(Which
is absolute rubbish paying 10K) and rest
2 months were on salary .
4: I was not terminated due to my "poor performance" but the project on
which i was working on was terminated from client side, along me
there were all the employees working on were released , except 2-3
employees.Many of the former employees who were released along
with me are still in touch.
5: I still have the copy of my release where it has been clearly mentioned
,project was over, not my "poor performance".
6: If i was so poor then , I was later again contacted by this company on
September 17' over phone, with an offer again to join even with some
on sight offers, but I Rejected.
7: There was huge salary irregularities, even I got paid my salary after I
left the company , 2 months salary at a time together, I hope and wish
this salary issues are sorted now.
*Lastly,like you said to me to get a experience level where i can make
any statement, i must share you one thing right now i'm in a correct
position with God's grace and doing pretty good in life.
* You will not find any positive review of this company, not only in
google but also in other portals like Glassdoor, Mouthshut etc.

*P.S- I don't have any issues with this company.Every organization goes with ups and down, that's cool & fine, I just know that i really wasted 3 months of my career , And that's why i shared my personal experience on this platform, As Google reviews is meant for, but yes with honesty and actual facts.

Ahh Literally quite disappointed by it's fraud company, seems like they only want to make money only..

There was some problem at lockdown time but everything is good right now, getting full salary and good response,,

Warning....If You are a animal .Only then think about to join this company.
Rajesh is the main cause to make this company spoil , Since Rajesh enter in this company the RCE become spoil and go to the dogs, Delay salary to 3-5 month. Fire and body any time, Future spoil company

Just fraud company, they open a group of fraud people , nasty company i have ever seen my life, behave employee like animal, they hold the employee salary by purposely by 3 month , future spoil company

Yes salary is delayed in 2019 and from 2020 onwards they give salary on time.
Working environment is good and especially working colleagues are supportive and cooperative.

I worked from 2 years in ridings india, this is very good company.

Lots of Employee have left RCE due to Rajesh Pal bad behavior and nasty politics , But Surprise CEO don't care about it, Rajesh Pal don't know nothing about GIS and survey , except buttering , even he can't speak in fluent hindi while giving presentation in front of client, Rajesh only the reason that RCE become defame and spoil

Don't visit this low grade company for Interview or Job, dear beloved Brother's and Sister's. Here Main problem about salary, they are always delaying to give your own salary.
They forced you for hard work, day by day. You can never ever satisfied by your best performance.

I was very happy to read a review that some people have thrown up their excuse, some people have written a flattering story. The number of snakes in the ridings is very high. On some drawbacks, I would like to draw attention of the company, before I give my opinion to the company that there will be a lot to learn here, but you will not get any respect for the learned work.
Some things and I would like to tell
1. The owner of the company is very energetic, whose focus is for the well-being of his employees. But they do not know that some sleeves snakes are sitting in their company.
2. Sometimes the person does not give the experience to the visitors, which can be done by 2 people, keep 15 people for that, which is why the problem of salaries comes.
3. There was a movie of Govinda, let's go and walk in which one thing is said 25:36 Minant wages If the money dies on the owner's face then there will be no life in the soul of the laborer ....
4 I think if you do not join new folks then it will be nice.

If you think the man has written something wrong, then surely I will answer the comment.

This is one of the core Geospatial company in Delhi NCR. They are expert in various Geospatial survey & related works. This is especially a good company for beginners.

I am working here since 2 years. The only problem i faced in this company is delayed salary. That is why i deducted 1 star. Work culture is nice. If u have any situation company will understand and change norms accordingly. They only need your dedication and honesty for your work. They give chance to freshers open handed and trained them for various fields. This company always works in latest technologies and strategies.

It's not a star of below 1 otherwise I will give this company a big -1-1-1-1-1-1-1- star.If you want to work without salary then go for this company.extremely illiterate people work here especially Hr shaksh says your salary done by this week but not getting salary and even after resignation is a year ago I am not getting my salary from here.

I worked 1 years at this company, I got salary every month on time. don't think about negative reviews

It is a fraud compney.fake interview that allows for 100,000 tk ke dimand krte h.

I have been working at Riding India full-time for more than 3 years. Very good working environment . I am getting my salary on time.

Not only salary delay issue .. but tell clearly that how months before u got ur salary ,
I hope might be 5-6 months before ...

It does not function as a company but like a NGO .. taking free service from employees since long duration.

But one expectations from u guys .. don't misguide and give incorrect info to future new employees and freshers , who are going to join this company , so that they should not ruin their career and waste previous time here .

Be ALERT form these Fraud people, specially RP. If you only want to Ruin your Carrier along with your life, So kindly join this company, Its a Primary school not a company, They has a Policy to HOLD the employee SALARY for 4-5 month and earn the Money, Coz Employee its self leave the company because he does not get the salary, I have ruin my 3 Month of my carrier, And it was very funny : that you think that you are running a MNC hahahahahaha MNC hahahaha, Do not dream in Day with ur open eyes ,and do not Insult any MNC to address your RCE is MNC. you only earn the money form fresher and with your false promises.

I have worked in this company in 2012 as a surveyor, Worst company in this world, No Salary at time even these nasty people did not give me fooding for 3 month, They treat their employee like a ANIMAL and This company is Hell for employee , stay alert from these Fraud and dishonest people, Life and carrier spoiling company, actually this is not a company this is Group of Fraud people.
