Amazing Stuff!! A little expensive but totally worth it.

Most of the designs shows your height shorter than usual not at all suitable.
Wiered designes not at all suitable for ladies under height 6 ft.
Suitable for tall ladies and the cost of the design is touching sky:-(. Why would anyone pay and look shorter than usual.

Ridhi Mehra is an amazing brand. My boss bought an outfit from her years ago and she still love it and maintains it very well.

I want to caution all international and honest customers against this company. I placed an online order on September 25th with confirmed mailing address , phone number. I even confirmed that the order would be delivered by Nov 2-4 for a family event. I have email correspondence of all this including pictures of the outfits ordered. The company did not provide any updates. I started getting nervous as I did not get a tracking number like I usually do from international shippers. I attempted to contact them. They claimed they don't have a mailing address even though they received and read the email with the address at the time of order placement and the PayPal invoice has an address. I provided the address again in the hopes of getting the 3 outfits in time. Suddenly, their email address started going into mail delivery error and none of the phone numbers listed could be reached, including the store. I paid over $2000 for my outfits and I was clearly nervous about being hit by a fraud. I reported to Paypal and voila I received an email from Ridhi Mehra within 24 hours! , However, that is not the end of my ordeal, Ridhi Mehra claims that my Verizon phone does not work even though I have been receiving calls from everyone else and Verizon has no record of any calls from Ridhi Mehra's numbers , that they do not know the code to call US and that the shipping company they use is giving them problems. I have asked for proof of the problems with the shipping company as after a string of random excuses I do not believe that Ridhi Mehra is being honest about anything. More so, I have not received one word of apology or regret from Ridhi Mehra regarding the delay. I understand unexpected delays happen but to blame everyone else unapologetically for your own tardiness and lack of professionalism is shameful. While they responded within minutes to get the order placed and make delivery promises, it iwas almost impossible to get a timely response from them subsequently. The worst part is that I was relying on getting the outfits for the events and I didn't have them and had to shop last minute after I already paid Ridhi Mehra . I would not want any bride, sister, mother to be in a situation where they are out a few thousand dollars and a label like Ridhi Mehra does not even have the decency to apologize or be honest. Please save yourself and your money- I have ordered from other designers like Anita Dongre/Payal Singhal/Pernia's and Benzer and never had a problem and customer service has been honest and exceptional- not Ridhi Mehra label though! Hopefully Paypal will help me process the claim for non delivery of the outfits on the promised date, some of us work hard and honestly for our money Ms Ridhiu Mehra!
