Not good service at all . Not very quick to let you express your opinion about the matter. Took 3 days to clean out a dressing. Very nice people that work here but as far as customer oriented service its garbage

My son(18) was told by his doctor to go to the ER because he had COVID-19 (day 4) and coughing up blood/sore throat. They looked at his throat said it was tonsillitis and sent him home with a script. Did they check his heart? No! Did they listen to his lungs? No! Ridiculous medical care!!

Ok. So few months ago, I left a 1 star review but after my recent visit things has changed a lot. The staff this time was really nice and helpful. They were very caring and loving people. Keep up the good work. Please keep all the nice staff because when people come to emergency room , attitude is the last thing we should worry about.

Our experience has already been routed to administration. I am a RN of 25 years (have worked acute care in 10 states) and have never experienced such an ER experience - personally or professionally. This ER is poorly staffed with travelers at best, otherwise very inexperienced nursing staff. One ER physician with a PA who were barely surviving. No family members allowed due to ongoing Covid (no matter vaccination status) and staff do not bother to reach out to family - likely because they are struggling. My husband was worked up for chest pain. For a period of time (probably 3 hours) was pushed into hallway with cardiac monitor turned off. By all means, LEAVE A CELL PHONE WITH YOUR FAMILY MEMBER if you are forced to go here!! Once cleared, he was d/c d alone, ambulatory, to the curb, in his socks with EKG electrodes left all over him. Very substandard care here. Many of the staff are rude and near non-existent. I do not know how they get anyone to work there.

I went to Right Out ER yesterday for an urgent issue and was treated the the utmost respect. The staff was efficient, fast, professional, and kind. I watched them get a translator for a gentleman also being treated. They also explained to multiple families that they couldn't bring their children inside because of current COVID posturing in the kindest way possible. They were respectful and understanding and I was out of the ER in less than approx 2 hours, even though they did multiple labs and an ultrasound. Simply amazing. Well done guys.

I was recently discharged (last week) from a 6 day treatment stay for Cellulitis of my right leg. I would like to express my appreciation and feelings about the treatment care and consideration of all the staff that was watching over and treating me. I have never been in a hospital for anything for this length of time in my 81 plus years on this planet. It was so much appreciated for the care, concern, treatment and kindness of all the medical (and security) people there that helped me thru this difficult and painful time. The mental positivity that was provided by everyone was so much needed and beneficial for the mental process pacification promoting the improvement needed. Again, thank you, and no offense, but I hope I don't need to come back to medically visit again.

Our daughter was born at Adventist in spring 2021 and it was a great experience. Every member of the staff I interacted with from the E.R. to the Nutrition team and especially the Labor & Delivery team were incredible. Each nurse, doctor, and other professional treated my husband, sister, newborn and me so kindly and respectfully. I would gladly recommend this hospital for delivering your baby.

DR. SINGH, IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES, HE WENT INSIDE MY HEART A FEW TIMES, HE SOLVED MY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEM & ALONG WITH MY RHYTHM, I AM ALIVE TODAY THANKS TO DR. SINGH, WHEN MY WIFE & DAUGHTER ALSO STARTED HAVING HEART ISSUES, I SENT THEM TO SEE DR. SINGH, AS WELL.
NOW WE WILL HAVE TO CHANGE DOCTORS, BUT THE SHOES OF DR. SINGH, WILL BE HARD TO FILL, WHEN YOU HAD THE BEST, THE REST WILL BE HARD TO MATCH UP .
THANKS, MY WIFE & I ALREADY MISS YOU

We had to take my son to ER, he ate watermelon and he felt like it was stuck on his throat. The nurse gave small can of soda (Shasta) and told him to have full mouth and jump. He did that and he felt better right away, within 20 mins we were out. I am very surprised with the bill that I received. They charged insurance $1359 for ER and Physician charges were $718. Just unbelievable when I called the billing department. They said it doesn't matter, thats our charges. Due to my car accident I am disable and not working. Its insane the way they talked over the phone. I needed help with the payment, but the way she was talking I just hanged up.
