What a shame for your company that there is no after-warranty care. This is my second Pentax waterproof camera and it is broken after the first contact with water. Shame, it's time to buy a different brand camera.
There is even no Ricoh service in the Netherlands.

Aggressive, telephone sellers who reach your irritation limit very quickly and just keep calling after 10x NO. We are now really going to block the Ricoh telephone numbers.

An old, but clean office. Nothing fancy or amazing about it. Parts of it are well refurbished.
