I went to Rick's to buy house stall mats for my home gym. They're one of the few places in the area that actually have any left. Unfortunately, they don't deliver. Since I don't have a truck, it meant loading them into my car. It's a little tight, but doable.

I was told that if I needed help I could ask the guy in the loading dock. The cranky old man out there was none too happy about helping me. In fact after about 2 minutes of trying to fit a mat in my trunk, he started cursing and just walked away!! Another guy ended up helping me to do it and we got the mats in.

If the old man hates his job so much, he should quit. Definitely not a good look for a business to have someone like this interacting with customers.

I go here for shucked whole corn feed, oiled sunflower seeds & squirrel peanuts. Everyone is always polite and will help you if you not sure.
They're all animal lover which helps if your new at it & their prices are reasonable.

Great store. If you have any kind of pet, this is a great place to go to get what you didn't know you needed.

Customer service is always fantastic and they have a great inventory! Prices are fair and they run excellent specials. Since I m not local to their shop- I always order online. My most recent order was not in stock and I was called and offered a more expensive, but comparable item, honoring the lesser out of stock item price. Big thank you and I m happy to be a repeat customer!
