The worst when comes to recalls. They decide to ...

The worst when comes to recalls. They decide to put all recall stock on new cars. When customers come in they claim they don't have the item. Reason....they used it for their inventory so they can sell more.
They don't care for customers after you bought the car.
Took 4 months when recall started,, by the time they got part till the time I received it, it took 4 monthes.
Had to go thru the Corporate office to get my matter resolved.
And still not entire matter resolved, I had asked for another issue, they never did.

I really recommended this dealership my experience...

I really recommended this dealership my experience was excellent very professional staff, from salesperson to the finance manager. Buying a used car can be stressful but not here, great inventory to choose from, they really gave me options that fit my needs. Thank you

This is a review for Service only. The service area customer service is the worst I ve seen ever. They sell you the car with a smile and when you return for a problem they scream at you, very bad customer service. It is so bad, It made me decide to go 50 miles away and definitely no more buying from RICK CASE ever!

I just got a call today (11/13/2019) from Rick Case because I had my cars oil changed at their location about a week ago.

The caller asked if I had a minute (i was in my office but decided to talk to the caller on My time).

The caller then asked if I was "on the market" for a new car, to which I answered "No" - the caller then proceeded to rudely hang up the call without a single word. What kind of business does this?

So you don't have the respect to speak a few words to me as soon as you find out I am currently not interested in buying one of your cars? TERRIBLE!

Deserves 0 stars.... Terrible experience, never coming back here and I definitely recommend you don't come here either. The people here only care about making money off of you for bad quality cars. Salesmen here are very dishonest individuals. Used car sales manager did not do a good job at all with a used 2015 honda accord. Did not know job very well and did little to help with the process. Continued to lie about bank information and car information. Rude, ignoring all forms of communication for days at a time and very unprofessional. My car is less than a month from the dealership and there are problems with the fuel system. Accidents on the vehicle.

Brought my car for service, having several issues service advisor called us vehicle was ready, vehicle still has same issues none of the issues were solved, had similar problems at their other dealer of 441. We thought bring it to the weston dealer we would get better service, i which i would have looked at their reviews before taking it there, im not upset at them just disappointed, if you dont won't additional problems in your life, stay away from rick case, take your business some where else

Rude, disrespectful sales manager. Mr. Cartagena Jr. Who claims to be the dealer manager in Rick Case Honda in Weston. As we are trying no negotiate a price with the sales person decides to jump in and say to the sales person. "We don't need this people's business we have had a great day today. This people don't understand. We dont need your business" and walked away. This as a response to us trying to see if we can get a better deal.

1. Missing filler cap for one of the fluids in engine compartment, remaining fluids on minimum
2. Battery completely dead required new one from dealership here.
3. Vehicle needs to go back in again... air con not working.

1 month later still no plates... no title ...despite being assured everything was done and I just needed to wait for them. They sent me a new set of temp plates which I got. Told delay was them waiting for the emissions test from me, someone was supposed to let me know. Got emissions test done and left a message with sales rep asking for the name he had given me to send it to..... nothing day later sent another text.....nothing.
Awesome service especially in light of the fact they know I am looking to spend another $30k in cash on another vehicle.

Treat you like you down know your own car, even when you specifically tell them what's wrong. At least if they get anything wrong it's covered under honda.

Good thing my car is a Honda I never have to visit the shop.

Terrible customer service, spoke with the owner and Operations Manager to help with our issue. If upper management were more aware of the disconnect their staff has from their promise of great customer service perhaps I will give more stars when I see how the issue gets resolved. Getting closer to a solution. Upgrading to 3 stars thanks to management assistance.
