I recently had an experience that didn't quite meet my expectations at this dental practice. The waiting time was longer than anticipated, which can be a bit frustrating. The staff were polite, but I felt that my concerns weren't addressed as thoroughly as I would have liked. 😕 I left feeling a bit uncertain about some of the recommendations made during my appointment. I believe there's room for improvement in communication and patient care. 🦷
