(during the busy Richmond Festival) Staff were friendly and efficient, toilets were clean and had baby nappy changing facilities.

probably the worst cocktail i ever had in my life , stuff are rude and dont know what to do. must be the training or bad management but the place is a chaos. NEVER again!

Nice location but food is average, service was slow and tables wernt very clean. I had to clean a high chair myself before I put my son in it

Had a wonderful dining and drinking experience today with family.. Can't fault the bar staff especially the deputy manager Jess, very friendly, and attentive even in the busiest times, we were never forgotten about . Would highly recommend

Went there for lunch. Waited more than 1 hour for the food. When it finally arrived it was barely edible.

In response to owners reply - nothing wrong with the place, it's just the same as anywhere else. 3/5 is middle of the road, not negative.

Very disappointed following our latest trip. Not been in a while and definitely won t be back. Used to be really nice from Saturday / Sunday early lunch with the little ones. Today however left us rather annoyed. Opening hours online suggest 11am, there is even a sign in the window confirming the same....not open till 12.00 noon though. When questioned, staff couldn t care less!!

We have to wait over an hour for food, which has reduced in size quite dramitcally, deserts also took ages. All in all what use to be a 45min treat for our little family of 4, has today turned into 2 hour pain....oh and they refused to shut the front door thus the place was freezing!

Good drinks. No view from rooftop. Covered with high opaque screens blocking scenic river views.

Just a cracking bar & restaurant! Service was outstanding...... if you want to party and dance the night away with some great sharing food, and cocktails that really are jaw dropping: THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! Must visit!!

Not great, we were sat down at a table around 6 for dinner (music already so loud you can barely have a conversation, even though the whole place was set up for dinner), the table was booked from 9 so we were like of course we ll be done by then and leave, no problem. We ordered food at 8, lady brought out the bill at 8.15 saying she needs to close the tab for the table as the booking will be coming, so we paid, but the food never came.... by 8.45 we were like even if it comes we don t just wanna rush so we asked for a refund to leave. Luckily one of the other servers (sadly we didn t get her name) was very sweet and apologetic about it and gave us a refund + some vouchers, but overall not the best experience except for her professionalism so the extra star is really for her
