Richmond Hill City Center Review

Great place for small to medium conferences, wedding receptions, parties, etc. The staff qas very acquiescing and courteous. I would definitely consider them for my next event.

This is a beautiful venue for any event! I ve attended several events and also had my daughters baby shower here. The staff is amazing. The food is delicious. You couldn t ask for a better place to host an event. I highly recommend!!

Has some thing for everyone! Walking/running, kayaking, dogs, parties, weddings! You name it. Great park for the whole family

What a beautiful place, was there for my son's wedding July 8th. Everything turned out beautiful the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The rooms were nice. The food was great the parking was plenteous.

If you want to host an event, Beverley Cosmann is your go to gal! She is an absolute blessing to work with and everything she does is top notch! We are so grateful for her support!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR A WEDDING REALLY ENJOYED MYSELF

I have only tried their lunch, which is amazing. They are only open for lunch on Tuesday and Friday because of other events they have, but it is worth your time. The chef who runs the lunch needs to open his own place, because this food is good.

Lunch was so very good today!! And I have to give my praise to our waiter Kwame ( for give me if this is spelled wrong). He gave such wonderful service. His ability to seamlessly serve two tables that sat down at the same time was amazing. He also took the time to recognize the extra needs of a child. He was patient and listened to his babbling request for rice and verified with us as to whether or not we wanted to actually order it. He also kept all glass items and drinks away from little hands ( of course this is very much the parents job but there are countless times servers have just put drinks down in front of my 3 yr old and I have to make a mad dash to move it before it ends up on the floor!)
Anyway it s the small things and the thoughtfulness that provides an overall experience . Did I mention the food was on point!!! As it always is!

Had lunch at pollo tropical, it was really good. Pleasantly surprised!

I have attended and hosted many events at the Richmond Hill City Center! I recommend it for you any kind of event- social or corporate. Their Staff takes very good care of all guests and clients. The building is also beautiful and well maintained.

Nice park and good walking trail. Picnic tables. Covered if you want

I would have given a 5th star if not for some minor oversights. Mainly for the fact my wife and her bridesmaids had to bus and clean there own dishes after our reception. They had been on site since 10am. When they arrived there was no one there. Also, our cocktail hour food was barely touched and it was taken and not offered for our reception, which was a large amount of food. However, minus those items this venue completed our dream wedding. Both ceremony and reception took place on site. The veranda was amazing for an evening/afternoon ceremony. Caitlin was absolutely great.

I have hosted & attended several events at the Richmond Hill City Center. The venue is beautiful inside & out. The staff is incredibly professional & courteous. And the catering is always delicious. The level of service provided allows me to focus on the details of my event and, most importantly, my guests.

Great experience. Good food. Helpful staff.We had a sweet sixteen party. It was a great party.
