I went into the ER to be seen after a four wheeler accident and Dr.Khan was assigned to me. After examining my whole body not just my legs, which is why I went in for, he made me unbelievably uncomfortable. Then he ordered X-Rays, you always get the question, any chance you are pregnant , I told him no, and then he asked me how . I wanted to leave right then and there because I was so uncomfortable and even my nurse was looking at him like she was questioning him. After I told him I have Nexplanon (a birth control) he looked like he didn t even know what that is until I said it s birth control.

I would give this hospital 10 stars if I could. Went there today with my son. He got in fast and got help with his sore throat. I have to say the staff is amazing and so caring to the patients.

I felt my appointment was handled in a timely manner. I was treated very professionally by all staff and feel my concerns were listened to and answered. Setting up future surgery and other affiliated appointments were completed efficiently by reception staff.

My video conferencing with Dr wright went extremely well, it was very timely to be able to do this and with covid-19 it was very safe. I would be more than happy to do more of these video conferences.

Horrible billing department for the clinic. Always check your bills from them. Have found over a thousand dollars in discrepancies since I ve been going here. They will charge the patient if they don t receive payment from insurance right away. They make you get to the hospital 15 minutes early to provide your insurance information, yet are incapable of billing those insurances correctly. Good luck if you have primary/secondary insurances. They have no clue.

The doctor I saw was so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and even wrote down notes for me to take home. I've rarely had such an attentive and informative experience when I only went in for a medication refill. It gave me so much to consider concerning my health. I highly recommend!

I have never been to a more awful hospital than this one in Richland Center. From the people right when you walk in, to the appt schedulers, they all ruin my day in one sentence. I pray for anyone who has to have the utmost displeasure of utilizing this hospital. Horrible, horrible, horrible hospital.

I have absolutely no idea which of my visits you are asking about . I had 3 appointments in the last month. A date would be helpful . !

Had my vaccine yesterday! The vaccine clinic was so organized and the staff was so professional and friendly. Nice video featuring Dr. Bard on screen to inform you while you waited to leave. Way to go RH!

My husband was in for his Covid Vaccine today and couldn't say enough positive things about his experience. The staff was so kind and friendly and the process was extremely efficient. We would give more stars if we could.
