Richardson Property Group Review

Our initial experience with Richardson Property Group was with Marc Tanti the leasing agent, he followed up and ws hungry for our business and I appreciated the followups and hunger and gave them the opportunity to lease out and manage our property. In the back of my mind I was, fantastic work getting it leased so quickly but is this just a hungry sales team, well I can report one year later that the reporting, ongoing management ( Kim ) exit of tenants and a quick turnaround of new tenants ( Marc) has been excellent and has exceeds our expectations

I have enlisted Richardson Property group as my property Manager and I have been very happily dealing with Marc Tanti who I have found to be very friendly, professional and responsive. I like that he understands me and what my needs are and willing to accommodate them. We have now found a very secure tenant who has signed a min of a 2 year lease, which makes me very happy that it means I do not need to go through the process annually. It has been difficult with the current Covid 19 pandemic to find the right tenant and due to landlord's rights also being decreased again and my previous tenants moving out during this time, which made me feel very uncertain about renting my property out to future tenants I was even wondering if I should sell it instead, as I was beginning to feel that an investment property is too risky nowadays. I now feel that I have made the right decisions and have a very secure Tenant and secure and professional property management team with me. Marc has been a real pleasure to deal with and I recommend him highly, he never gives up and will strive to get you what you want and need.

Being a tenant this property group has no professionalism at all, never attended the call on time always leave a message them they will call back in 1 week whenever they feel to do so.
After 1 year leaving the property too much of headache . Even though property was cleaned by professional cleaner with invoice attached to them, they mail me saying owner was not happy with the cleaning, inspect the property by himself without real estate agent not a single time property was inspect by real estate agents to have a look pro and cons.
Being a tenant i will advise not to choose them at all. They jot even worth of 1 $

Highly recommended Agency for all your rental or sale needs. The Rental team managed my property for over 2 years and we were extremely happy with the service. All queries were answered in real time and genuine advice was given on rental rates, property maintenance, etc.

We have been with Richardson property group for a few years now and in the property market for 31 years and in that time we have never been as happy as what we are with Richardson property group to the extent we let them manage all our properties in Werribee. We find them efficient and courteous and also very professional.

Marc, Kim and his Rental Department has made my experience in renting my investment property fabulous. He has tried all that he is cable of to make my house rented out in no time. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER EVER.

I appointed Richardson property group to manage my property last year. It was a brand new built. Through the tenancy I didn't have any issue except for the fact that the didn't improvise on the way when COVID happen.

Due to change in our financial circumstance we decided to move into our property. The move was happening interstate under the stressful situation of being out of work and in middle of a pandemic.

Peter Richardson handed us the house over and as we move in he inspects the house and thinks it in a pretty good state. I fought a battle with no resolution at the end. I have attached photos here so you can check for yourself why I don't speak highly of them.

The entire staff after the incident was arrogant including Peter Richardson. At one stage, he even tried to bribe me to take my google review down in exchange of fixing the issue which by the way till date isn't fixed.

My husband is allergic to dog hair and cat danger. Imagine the nightmare of moving states, my husband who can't stay in the property for minutes and Victoria going in lockdown. This has been the worst experience of my life ever.... The number of epiPen we have gone through is beyond countless.

I would never ever ever in my wildest dream recommend this property manager unless you don't like your property and want to trash it!!!
