Great company that always goes the extra mile to service their customers. Richards is also always willing to think outside the box to provide solutions that address their customers' needs.

I have worked with Richards Manufacturing for many years now in my years working for a major utility. Richards' products are of the highest quality and they have always been great to work with on solutions to any issues we have had and providing us solutions to our problems. Richards has always stood behind their products and helped us respond to emergent issues that come up on our system and address them. Doug from Richards has been a pleasure to work with over the years and I look to him as a member of my team. I would highly recommend working with Richards!

They build the best Network Protectors in the world.

I have used Richards products for about 13 years now. They have excellent products, but what really sells me on their product is their continued customer service. I have called Brett Hall at 2 am in the morning with an issue and he took my call and provided me with a solution right then. There have been times where he has had to get someone on the phone from the factory at a moments notice and they too are always available. Zach Bier has been great to work with as well. I have worked closely with him on new product designs and/or revisions to existing product to fit my needs. His innovative thinking and creative approach has led to some great things. In summary excellent products and excellent customer service all the way from the top down.
