We had RLM do mulch/landscaping last year and they did a great job. However, they came out this year to give us some ideas regarding our back yard and quote us for the various stages of work they were recommending. It sounded great! Until 2 days later we get an email, "thank you for considering RLM, we would like to respectfully decline the landscape work desired". They gave absolutely no reason why and did not answer email or phone call regarding the drastic change from when they left our home. I am shockingly disappointed in their unprofessionalism.
Unless you have a large project, don t bother calling. They will come out and look at it, then say they will get back to you with an estimate and it will never happen.
RLM is a quality operation. They have provided us with landscaping, insect control, spring & fall clean-up, and snow removal services. Luis & Raul were always attentive to our lawn needs and maintained it meticulously. We had the best looking lawn on our street. RLM s website was easy to navigate and to request & pay for additional services. We would highly recommend them for your lawn care needs.

We got into the lawn treatment schedule a little late in the season, once we realized that we could not handle the fertilization and herbicide maintenance ourselves. The services are exceptional, and when we experienced an invasion of creeping charlie they came up with a plan and helped to solve the issue. Their communication and flexibility is very good, and they are always here on the day they say they will be. It's pretty worry-free, and we would highly recommend them. In fact, our next door neighbors inquired who we were using and hired Ricci's to do their yard as well!
