13$ for a dam turkey sub u would think they would put some turkey on..the thin layer of cheese is thicker then the turkey..RIDICULOUS..if was closer and I wasn't starving I'd throw at there door....Should of went to wawa half the price twice the meat..wish I could put up a photo

Soprano Cheesesteak is to die for! Have had their pizza, strombolli, salads...everything is EXCELLENT!

Meh. Ok in a jam. It used to be great years n years ago, now I would obit eat here if I had no other choice and around here, there's other options.

Good stuff! Good pizza, good sandwiches, good all around.

However, I can see why people think it's a bit pricey though, especially since the "Prices Subject to Change Without Notice" is a thing there. I guess they don't have the money to update their menus. You can literally walk in there, look at the printed menu, order, and find yourself paying more than the listed prices in the menu. It's rather unprofessional and an unfortunate stain on such a fine establishment.

Then again I guess it's not a huge deal. Just be aware that the prices will be a tad more expensive than listed, ask for a price breakdown before the order is officially placed, and you'll be fine.

If you're charged more than the menu states and you don't ask about it when they give you a price (or if you don't ASK for a price) before placing the order, that's on you brothers and sisters.

Also, another note: If you have an old menu from a year or two ago and still have coupons in the fold, they won't officially accept them anymore. I'm sure you could push the issue and they would accept it (because their customer service is that good), but I'd rather not be that guy. They ought to have expiry dates or a conditional clause on them though... but I guess nothing's perfect and they didn't expect the food industry's rise in costs.

I give this place the benefit of the doubt because their food is good. YMMV, but give them a shot.

Riccardo's is one of the best pizza restaurants in all of South Jersey. The food is so fresh and the quality is top notch. I love Riccardo's restaurant

Good food but very overpriced. Many other pizzerias out there that have food just as good if not better for a reasonable price.

Delicious food but you pay for it because it is more expensive than other places. Also whenever I order from the menu they always charge me more than what the menu says. When I ask why they say that I have a old menu. The first few times that may have been true and I couldn't argue about it but it's also happened with a menu I got in store a week prior and one mailed to me within a week.
On a side note, not that I care but for those who do the people handling your food don't wear any masks or gloves while preparing it yet you need a mask to be served.

High cost for low quality food. There are so many other pizza places, I was surprised by how uncompetitive they are in quality, quantity, cost, and service. I called in for pick up and Olivia (cashier) was very unpleasant in taking the order and even hung up on me. She was no better in person when I arrived to pick the food up. We will not ever be going back to Riccardo's.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. My salad was so fresh and the pizza is amazing.

Chicken Cutlet Italiano Pannino. You must stop by here and try this out.

Two Slices of Pizza and a water for $8.00. I asked the lady how much the slices were and why they are so expensive. She said they are larger then other slices, and are 2.95. Slices are not "overly large", and the menu says 2.75. I guess the water bottle was $3.50

A whole pie is 13.50. Makes no sense at all.

Extremely slow service you have to wait at least half an hour for a cheesesteak and yet if it's not that good of a quality their soup is canned soup no taste they're medium soda is as well as can be very pricey

They claim to be open at 10am, i called for 20mins with no answer. I just want my damn cheesesteak

I inexplicably keep ordering from this place even though they are stupidly expensive and always has ridiculously long wait times even for pick up. 45 mins? Really? It takes maybe 8 minutes in a commercial oven to bake a pizza. There is never a line here so I have no idea what the deal is. The food is good, but not very good. They never tell you a total over the phone and the bill is often seemingly way too high, Again, an itemized receipt is never given, just a total. I think I only go here because its the closest place to me. I'd suggest not to go here unless you're not hungry when you're ordering a pizza and like to throw away money.

Was in the area and wanted some pizza. Randomly stopped here and so glad i did! In my opinion the prices are average pizza place. Thr pizza itself is SO GOOD! Thr sauce on it is delicious! Thry dont deliver to my area but its so good ill come here and pick it up! So glad i found this place!

I've eaten from this restaurant for almost 30 years. I've seen it go through several owners, and with each new owner comes different quality. I feel like this newest owner does somethings really well and others in the cheap. The pizza is great, although I wish they used fresh mushrooms instead of canned and the standard pizzeria appetizers are the same you would get at any pizza shop. The cheesesteaks are lacking, the meatballs taste frozen(I might be wrong), and every time I order the wings, they're WAY overcooked and the blue cheese dressing is terrible.

The staff is friendly most of the time lol, the prices are ok, and they're usually pretty quick. They are usually busy, the slightly longer wait times are probably caused by that.

I've ate from this place for YEARS since I live right up the street my entire life.. never ever had a problem with their food until recently. I was severely sick the last time I ate a cheese steak wrap from there. My mom had the same wrap today & was violently throwing up. I went back in (of course i was mad, and made sure they were aware) and the lady up front did not care of the situation. I demanded for my money back.. I don't care about not getting the money back, people need to be aware of this situation & be concerned for their own well being. Do not waste your money here unless if you're prepared to spend lots of time in the bathroom, lol!!

I have been coming here for years. The pizzas are delicious. The sandwiches are great and the salads are huge. The customer service is warm and welcoming.

This is an excellent place to buy food. Their food is absolutely delious and I mean everything. Very kind and caring staff .. The prices run alittle high but i think all pizzaerias do.

Has been my local pizza stop for decades. Great service, fast, clean. Always reasonably priced. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Ordered Garlic Parmesan Chicken wings to go and I had to put in the oven once I got home to cook them completely. Also had a large The Works Pizza that was ok

I needed 5 slices to go and the guy tried to put all 5 in a small box where they would be laying on top of each other. I guess my money isn't as good as I thought. I'm always looking for a good pizza joint but things like that will make a customer go elsewhere.

The food here is subpar based on the price. Everything is OK, but not worth the price. One thing I got that was completely dissatisfying would be the mega fries they were almost $7 for a tiny tin container of fries horrible. The food took almost an hour and 30 minutes to get to me and I live about 20 minutes away at most! I do not recommend. Try and find someplace else!!

I'm going with 2 stars because it's hard to judge a place overall on just having the pizza, even though it is a pizza shop . Everyone was friendly which is also why they got the extra star, but the pizza itself is a 1 out of 5. Maybe I'll edit my review if I ever go back here, but chances are slim I'll return.

The pic doesn't do any justice! This deluxe cheeseburger was DELICIOUS! The cashier was very nice and greeted me as soon as I entered the store.

Everyone in this house loves the pizza, the chicken fingers, the salads. Always given a price over the phone, never had a rude person to speak to. We always pick up, so I can't speak to delivery times. But everything has always been really good. I wonder why so many reviewers said things like "every time I order." If I got bad service or lousy food, I wouldn't order again.

Wouldnt accept their own coupon and called my wife a liar when asked about it. When I spoke with the owner he simply aaked, "what are you gunna so about it."

I really enjoy this place but stopping in for a slice anymore costs an arm and a leg. Sorry but 2 slices shouldn't be 8 bucks. It's a shame because it's close but prices are crazy here. I'll be driving an extra mile for something different moving forward.

Great pizza, the wait time is usually double then what they say especially Friday nights.

I would highly recommend Riccardo's. The service was great! Every time I go to Riccardo's I have excellent food. The cheesesteak stromboli is amazing. Definitely save room for a cannoli! They are the best I ever had and I don't usually like cannolis! Overall the dining experience is A+!

BEST PIZZA in the area. Nice thin, crispy crust. The mozzarella is ooey-gooey tastiness, like it should be.LOVE IT!!!

I love Riccardo's Pizza restaurant. This location is my favorite their food is always good. I their Cheesesteak subs,Panzarottis, Pizza and also Dinner which come with Salad and . So hurry on over to Riccardo's and you will have yummy in your tummy.

My 1st time n it was delish!! One of the best we ever had!

Used to eat here all the time as a kid in the 70s and 80s, the food was old school traditional, 30+ yrs later I went back, the food is still fantastic and the prices are still reasonable.

~RATING SCORE ZERO~~Save your time and money $$$! Pizza shops are everywhere, so PICK ANOTHER place. This place is only interested in taking your $. They will not admit any errors on their part. ZERO customer service. They only want to take your $. Pay attention to your bill, is it more than you expect? Try to ask for help on any issue, and you will be sorry you ordered here.
