Fun atmosphere. There's a ton of whiskey to choose from as well as some cocktails or beer. They also serve some food
It was a wonderful place to go to when you want to go out with you family and friends to the dance club they had all different kind of different flavored alcohol drinks that you can choose from coke and rum or vodka with cranberry juice or Budweiser beer a Miller Lite Samuel Jackson Yuengling all of the drinks what's good. And Ri Ra' Irish Pub their music was bumping they play all types of music that you can dance to. And the people there was friendly and nice and they will help you with whatever you need. This is a great place that you can take your family and friends to go out clubbing when you want to have fun and just be cool.
The food was excellent but the portions were small and we've been waiting at least 40mn to get our food.
They serve food too, but there is not a lot of table seating. The Whiskey Room in the back is much calmer if you're looking for something quieter.
The big tv screens breaks the general ambiance in the bar. I've try the veggie burger and it was dry and tasteless. I love irish pub usually, and this one was not impressive
I am so glad we came upon this place. The food was outstanding, fresh and reasonably priced. Our waitress was outstanding. I can't wait to go back.
Always tasty for a good price. The fish and chips are a great value!
The food was excellent, but the service wasn't the greatest and the smell in the place was horrible.
Great place to grab a beer and some pub fare.
Had the chance to visit over the Thanksgiving break with my family and it was a good time. A good selection of snacks and appetizers as well as meals. The food was good and the prices were reasonable.
Loved the food and the warm pub atmosphere here! Couldn't get enough of the Irish coffee either!
No coffee at brunch? Are you serious? On top of that service was aweful.
Good food, it was calm in here on a random winter day for lunch but I know it does get crowded during big game days. They had a good beer selection like most places in the area. Classic pub menu but the food is well done. Bit of an odyssey to get to the bathrooms in the basement. The service was friendly if a bit slow when we came.
The place you always end up at least once per night if you're around town getting drinks with friends. Pretty decent beer selection and the go-to whiskeys on stock. Back-door connection to The Whiskey Room.
I've only been here a few times, but I've had some pretty good food and really polite waiters each time. The waiter this most recent time was also able to give some good recommendations/input when we asked him about a few of the dishes. I can't say that this is the best resturaunt on Church Street because I haven't visited every restaurant on Church Street. but I can say its one of my favorites so far and I would highly recommend it.
Nice beer selections, pub food with entrees under $20 that didnt disappoint, service was ok
We love coming here but thick is the 2nd time we've gotten the younger make bartender and he seemed annoyed by our presence. We also got the curry poutine with chicken and it was all dry.
We will continue to come for cocktails but that might be the extent of it.
Great service from all the bartenders. Great selection of beers.
There's a new chef and menu and both are fantastic, including the breakfast items. Try the Whiskey Room around the corner (same staff) for some fancier fare and a boggling selection of liquor.
Classic Irish pub during the day, at night it shifts more towards a dance club.
The mac and cheese was great. The place is lively and very fun.
First time here. Food was unique and very good. Servers were friendly. We did have a problem with part of the meal that was quickly taken care of by the manager. Would for sure go back because of that.
Walking down Church Street should always include a quick stop a scotch at the Whiskey Room!
Waiter forgot order twice, didn't bring some items. Asked for ketchup and had to go get it. Oh well. Nice folks with good intentions. Burger tasted great tho. Fries were cold.
Delishous food. Great beer selection. Nice place...
One of my favorite places to dine, great food, excellent bar and always good service!
Their selection of whisky from around the world is terrific!
Was my first visit, food was amazing, only downside, bare wooden stools get uncomfortable.
Great selection of whiskeys, bourban and scotch plus unique mixed drinks and a decent selection of beers on tap. The space is cozy and intimate. The bartenders are top notch. One of my favorite places in Burlington.
Very good. Authentic Irish. All day breakfast and burger.
Vast selection of whisky, just wish I had more time to spend than 1 drink, could be there all day.
Took the breakfast... DO NOT TRY IT. REALLY BAD. The beer was ok though
Watched a ton of World Cup games here, great atmosphere and decent enough food, service was a bit slow though, which is annoying when they know they have special events like a giant projection TV and a room full of soccer fans
Went up there a few weeks ago. The beer is decent. However, there is a spoiled smell that lingers in the bar. We ended up leaving after a single beer. Apparently, this smell has been there for a few weeks according to locals.
Food and service was good but was sticking to the floor and table. With a bit more cleanliness I would give them 4.5 stars.
I have been here twice, a year apart. Once, I had terrible food and bad service. The second time, I waited twenty minutes at my table trying in vain to get served before leaving. Nice decor.
Authentic Irish pub atmosphere with terrific service from the staff. A variety of seating for individuals or groups - be sure to check their event schedule for live music or TV screen viewing of sport events. Very good veggie burger - one of our favorites in Burlington
Always love the atmosphere, Devon was great and felt honored just to simply be offered a table when everywhere else is closed!!
Great variety of food & Drinks. Definitely an older crowd. Very chill!
They actually pour Guinness correctly!!! But they had the weirdest wall display, looked like I was eating in a ace hardware store.
Been to Burlington many times but always missed this interesting place. The bar has lot of history. The bar tender told me the bar setup is moved from Ireland. Love the setup.
They have wide selection of whiskey from around the world. Friendly and knowledgeable bar tender. Don't missed this place.
Cozy with a great whiskey/whisky selection. Need I say more?
The more...great cocktails!
Food is on point. Staff is friendly as hell and attentive! Even got some real Irish staff from across the pond. Grab a pint from Erica at the bar. Best Guinness in BVT
The whiskey bar right next door is a great quiet spot to hang out and chat with friends
Love the atmosphere as we swung in to enjoy a pint and some nachos.
Walked in today and the upity bartender assumed he should not serve me..I have an extremely calm demeanor and he thought I had drank too much..he made a huge error in judgement today.
We go here at least once a year for a special occasion and the food quality had been hit or miss. Tonight was excellent. Fish tacos were delicious. Also had the Mac n cheese and the meatloaf. All delicious! And of course, you can't beat the whiskies available.
Cauliflower falafel taco and chicken taco is legendary
Great food! And if you like a dark out atmosphere there isn't a better place.
Nice Irish restaurant on Church St w/ outdoor seating in the summer. Food was good. Service was a tad slow and it took a bit for our food to come out. Good people watching though!
Very good waitress, fast service, tasty food, great beer, good atmosphere
A great atmosphere with some tasty Irish dishes. They actually have Colcannon!
Love this place. Great service. Good local farm to table food.
It might be more well known for a shop in Burlington. But the food and atmosphere are worth the visit. When I'm in town I try to make it a must go
Meal portions werent the biggest, but it was enough for me! Food was delish, plus I was here st Patrick's day so there was live Irish music and the atmosphere was great
Music was a bit loud especially sitting right next to band. I had the street taco appetizer snack was pretty good.
The food was delicious, but a bit pricey for a college student.
Good selection of drinks and atmospheres great! The bartender Justin was awesome too, made it quite enjoyable.
Pluses: 1/2 price burger night on Wednesdays, cider on tap (appreciated by the gluten free crowd), good fries.
Minuses: service is sometimes slow, and the shepherd's pie is no longer gluten free. :(
Food is always better than I expect. The atmosphere is what s exceptional, especially grabbing dinner right on Church Street on a long summer night. Other than that, typical Irish sports bar with a DJ every Saturday night.
Great taps and bar food/snacks to enjoy. Sit outside and do some people watching on bustling Church Street or cozy up inside in the atmospheric "Irish" Pub
I went here during my honeymoon and loved it! Great burgers and strong drinks. Their salads are pretty good too if you get them in the right season.
