Stay away from this company! They take used equipment and sell it to you as new! Chris the owner claims that the forklift he finally delivered after many many months after we purchased it is in fact new. He claims the unit just came to him from the manufacture as a red colour and he "repainted" it black. The unit is clearly used and he was paid by use except his final payment which we told him would be reduced by like 10%. he refused that offer and has called countless time harassing our staff, then posted a fake review on our Google reviews asking our clients not to deal with us because we do not pay our bills.
Very professional! Always have what we need when we need it and competitive! A pleasure to do business with.
A very business focused and professional company to partner with
Stay away from this company for any service.
They sent a guy to fix a small problem. He ended up doing extra work and billing extra hours without asking. Then he upsold me on some other maintenance (my fault). Afterwards, the truck just didn't drive the same - it wasn't smooth like before - it felt like there was something pulling/resisting. I thought all was finished until my truck stopped working altogether the very next day. I was out of a forklift for a few days. They came back, fixed it, but blamed the battery this time. The battery is relatively new and I've been taking care of it all along. They suggested me upgrade other equipment now. It was an impossible coincidence that my truck stopped working due to the battery a day after the repairman "fixed" it. After the repairman left, my truck worked normally, and has no hint of a bad battery. I'm sure they are trying to avoid admitting to a mistake and yet again trying to upsell me on thousands of dollars.
