The worst homeowner’s association! Penco management which has a review of 2.1 is their management company. They are almost never in office. They do not let you even change your cars oil on your own premises and not the community property. You cannot leave your car for longer than 7 days on your own driveway! They are the worst! have to pay to use the tennis courts! Some of the problems at Rhondda! There is more and no space to write!
