The show was fabulous! The seats were high enough up that we could see the entire ice. The place was full of energy. Would have been better if all the concessions were open, but I understand why they couldn't be since the place was only half full.
Wicked crowded for RI comic con, fun but felt like part of a cattle herd....
What a great venue. My fiance and I saw 21 Pilots here and the venue definitely contributed to the quality of the show.

New scoreboard is nice, but everything else (still) needs improvement. It s not surprising to see concessions overpriced and some of the registers not working. For the amount they charge, you d expect a better experience.
The Dunkin Donuts Center is all around a good place even in the cheap seats you have a good view of whatever show you're going to see the only downside like most other venues is a price of food and beverage.
Same as most Dunkin Donuts location. Has watered down coffee and sub par baked goods. The egg sandwiches are strictly made in a microwave and is often over cooked and chewy. Would much rather go to a locally owned and roasted coffee shop.
Been coming to watch the P Bruins play here since I was just a kid, great atmosphere. This is one of the more family friendly things to do in Providence.
Dunkin' Disappointment
I went to a Providence Bruins hockey game here. The game was great - we won!!! The coffee was not. Considering this is the DUNKN ' DONUTS Center it should be the best coffee in a venue like this.
Also it really needs refurbishing. The cup holder for my seatr was broken off. About time for a re-do since it was built in like the 70's. I gave it one extra star for fond memories of times past here.

Biggest arena in RI, only one I can really think of save for the Ryan Center. Big events here can clog traffic in Providence in a very annoying fashion but that's not really hard. The food and more so the alcohol offerings are pretty expensive even in comparison to other stadiums/large venues in the area. Home to the PBruins, PC basketball, and PC hockey.

Turn the damn volume down. Going to a Providence College basketball game, which I otherwise love, is a 2 hour nonstop assault on your eardrums!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great venue! Easy to park, get into and out of, and staff are very helpful. We've been coming here for various events for years and prefer it to Boston because it is less stressful and there are many things to do close by!

The Dunkin Donuts center Holds many events from Singing Artists to monster trucks shows Hockey Games And Many More'. Very big sized Arena and Holds many vendors in the Food Court Sector which nearly surrounds the Entire center.
Some of the staff at the concession stand were a bit rude but other than that it was fine

What the hell happened to this place? It use to be great... I mean, the shows and prices are good and fair but they can't even open a Dunkin donuts efficiently in the venue. I go, it's not open... I go a second time, the machine is shut down *rolls eyes*. Also the staff are wicked annoying, I'm not a lost puppy, I know where my damn seats are, I've been going to the dunk for 13 years, I don't need to be charged down by this harassing security. There's so much wrong with the venue but I'll just leave it at that.

I saw Panic! at the Disco when they came. The show was amazing, the seats (I think we were in the 210 area?) Were great. We could see everything. The center was well laid out. We took an uber there and back. Traffic wasn't too bad. It got a little congested after, but that's just how shows are. It's easy to get to. I usually park in the mall and walk over!
Everything is over priced, especially at small events. It is a perfectly adequate place to see an event, but I find the hassle of inconvenient parking, overpriced water, and terrible counter service a turn-off.
Attended daughter's graduation from JWU. Clean and well lit, good egress, with great audio/visual.

Directions inside the building aren't clearly marked to get to the arena. No staff around to ask at venue. Once in the arena area everything was great.

Great place for shows of all kinds...Disney on ice and the circus came here and comicon. I park at the mall when I go to events here.

A great venue to see music! It only seats about 13000 so there isn't a bad seat in the house and the area surrounding it is packed with fantastic restaurants and all kinds of fun night out hang outs!
Pretty good venue. The restrooms are too small for a sold out concert. Halls get crowded due to beer lines clogging the flow of ppl. Didn't have very many staff members present.
I hope to visit again cause it was beautiful and huge. It was my first time going there on Easter Sunday and I was very impressed.
Went here for the P!ATD concert. I was disappointed when I ordered a coffee here though. The tasted horrible, like it was a week old. They don't know how to make coffee so I would reccomend you to go to another stand to get something to eat or drink

Crave RI is the best annual event. If you haven't gone, this is an event you must experience. Enjoy food from many local restaurants and alxhohol from many local breweries.
A wonderful stadium/arena. Well maintained and clean. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. During events there are vendors & food services.

For an arena in a small city, the Dunk gets quite a bit right. It looks and feels newer than it is. The building is clean and staff polite. Sightlines are good and the food and beverage selection are fair but really its just fast food (deducting a star). Its near quite a few restaurants and parking is easily accessible and plentiful.
Show was great, however I think it was only 50 degrees in the dunkin

Depending on the event that the Dunk is hosting will determine whether or not you have a great experience or a so so one. Drinks and food are double the price, so eat and pregame before hand.

Saw Michael buble last night. Spent $140 for a seat in row T which had an obstructed view of the stage. We had a screen for only part of the show. I was not told of any obstruction when I purchased the tickets which for me is a big expense. I go to a concert once in a blue moon but I love Michael and wanted to see him live once in my life. He was great as I knew he would be, but needless to say, I was extremely dissatisfied with the venue. It may be great for hockey games, but that is all. I won't ever go there again. I big disappointment.
