Very professional environment, and Adrian Martinez set me up with a great company for an interview last week and I started my first day of work 2 days later. I totally recommend RUN STAFFING to anybody that is looking for a job that fits their abilities. SUPER EXCITED TO START MY NEW JOB.

Just got hired by Derek from RHM. Great place and service.

Gave two week notice in advance, rhm set my deactivation on a Friday so I couldn t work on Saturday to get my double pay. I even told them my last day would be Monday. I ve called all day and morning and left voicemails for them to fix it but nothing from them. Derek is the manager. I d think twice before trying to get hired here! Very unprofessional. Bunch of crooks

Very good people to work with. Very honest and straight forward with you the whole way, Adrian is great and will respond to any question or concern you might have. He actually looks at your resume and skillsets and sets you up with an interview and position that fits it. 1 of the most professional places I've ever dealt with!!

Had pretty bad experience with the company in many aspects.
Had to wait half an hour for a scheduled interview,the job description wasn't clear and the agent clearly didn't had a clue what he's talking about.Wanted to proceed with the hiring process for a the company I was interviewed for but reveivre a call from the agent explainige that a different client has been hired.. ?!
Wouldn't recommend a rude , unresponsible and non caring company for any business or future clients.

I was offered a JOB welding, accepted offer and day before I'm scheduled to start they pull the offer because I fufilled a obligation and went to another interview. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

The recruiter Chris Never follow through with sending information to come into the office to finish app.On top of that I explained to him that he call me before and never sent the information the first time and he lied and said he just started working for the company ,he making a bad name for your company

I was contacted by the lovely Katherine Raliegh through Indeed, and after a thorough interview I was placed into their operations at Inventus Power. It was a great experience, and even though I was only there for a couple days I would willingly come back, but due to complications at my barn I had to leave at short notice. Katherine was very understanding and cared. I hope that someone else will be lucky enough to have her as a supervisor.

Highly unprofessional, they treat you not like a person, but like a number. While in the waiting room, which seemed more like a staff lounge, there were many staff acting very immature while I waited for an interview.

Might want to stay away from this place if your a african american,filled out the website application and recieved a call the next day requesting a in person interview.After a 45 minute drive i arrive to do the interview,towards the end of the interview he asks if there is anything else i could think of that he should know,In a effort to be completely honest i explain that i had a felony of possession with intent that occurred in 2013.He proceeds to tell me how some of their contracts dont requset background checks so it wouldn't automatically disqualify me from working with the agency. He tells me give him a minute let him speak with his manager and comes back pretty much ends the interview saying he would give me a call,A week later i go to a different agency and get sent to the exact same factory i was told about at rhm.

Hired two maintenance guys through RHM Staffing and paid them over 25 thousand dollars in commission and both guys quit right at 90 days to take other jobs. Mike Lane of RHM Staffing responded that they met their 30 day guarantee and there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend. Employers beware!

This is an excellent agency to work with. Adrian, the staffing associate that assisted me was very friendly and supportive, in addition to being effective. He found very fast a job that fit very well my skills set. Employees like him are what add a plus to the reputation of an organization like this.

I must say. Adrian Martinez from RHM was amazing. He helped me land a great job. He made sure he got me something I would be happy with. He spent weeks helping through it. Set up multiple interviews with different employers. He had awesome communication skills. His hard work is very well appreciated. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I recommend RHM and their staff. No doubt about it that they are there for you to help you out unlike many other staffing agencies!!!

They will pre judge you even before you walk through the door! Please avoid this place!

Scott Fife at RHM Staffing Solutions was a great help and advisor. He got me work at a good company really fast. Was always professional with me and always got back to me right away and kept his word on whatever he said he was going to do. Great agent at RHM would highly recommend him to others who are in need of work.

Very nice people. They helped me find a job that was suitable for me. I have had some bad experiences with other staffing companies but RHM by far has been the best. However, i did have to wait 2 weeks to start my job because my background check did not come back right away.

I had super bad experience with this company ! I'd not recommend them to anyone, who's looking for a job . I just wasted my time .

Kathy was great! She was so helpful in finding me a job right away. She was personable and professional and answered any and all my questions and was always quick to respond. She is by far the best recruiter I've ever had and would and will recommend her to my friends.

The RHM Oakbrook office gives me Wolf of Wall St vibes not in a positive light. RHM reps have contacted me constantly I hang up on them or ignore them entirely there approach is laughable please stop contacting me I'm not interested.

RHM is very professional and organized. I had my best experience with a staffing agency when I went there, especially working with Adrian Martinez. He was, in my opinion, the best recruiter I've worked with. My resume looked great after he helped me out and I had the utmost confidence in getting the job I applied to. Had an interview over a week ago and was told I would start working the day after. I ve tried reaching out to the guy who interviewed me and he hasn t got back to me. Horrible company to work with.

Horrible company. They called me for a job. I called back constantly and no one ever picks of the phone. I called throughout the day still no answer. Don t get your hopes up about the recruiters. They re very unprofessional. Wish I could give 0 stars

By far the best staffing agency there is. Adrian Martinez and Luke Barkowski got me the job that was for me with excellent pay. Not only they made sure everything s fine but when I have any problems they try to solve them as much as possible. Never been to a better place then RHM on cermack road.

Interviewed with Jordan and Katherine both very nice and professional kept things short and to the point went for interview had a second interview that same week and started my new job the following week, they anserw every time I call and if they don t they are both very good in getting back to me. Very nice office as well

Was not satisfied with two Individuals working out of there Schaumburg location. To start the Process they asked during the interview if I was using drugs, Which is PROHIBITED to ask. Eventually I was offered the postition and was told I would have to quit my job immediately if wanted the position. I told them that I was not able to do that and will have to give a notice. The recruiter responded with This is a career position and if You don t i will pull the offer back. Eventually after starting the starting the assignment, I received a call after 5 days telling me that they let me go. I was extremely disappointed because I had to drive back to receive my tools. In my opinion, be careful working with this company.

Sadly 6 days before my 90th day to be hired into a job I was layed off without notice from a job . Company didn t staff me anywhere else and left me out to dry . If you re looking for job stability look elsewhere . One of the saddest job experiences to date.

Applied for the job through indeed .
Almost immediately that week I was called by Adrian, we talked on the phone for more than half an hour about my goals, skills and past work experiences. He set up an interview at the oak brook location . When I arrived I was greeted by several nice staff including Adrian and Tessa. The interview went very well as they were very friendly and courteous. I was given some tests to take for the job, and after passing them the staff told me more about the job, pay, type of work , shifts..., after leaving I was contacted to take some more online tests. After doing those was a waiting period for background check. Meanwhile Adrian was checking up on me often, very responsible! After a week or so an interview with the actual company was setup. After leaving the interview I was informed that I am the one they want, moving forward to the drug and physical tests ... passed obvioubsly and now employed, I am still being checked in on by Adrian, they don t just give up after you ve been hired. Very good company, unlike any other hiring agency I ve been through, these people are professional. 5*

All I could say is that rhm staffing was very professional. I apply on indeed and was contacted by Adrian, whom he was well manner and had a great attitude. Explain to me everything and detail. Got me a job right away I hadn t to wait long. I would recommend this agency for anyone looking for a job.

Greatest staffing agency I have ever worked with. They return calls in minutes, if they don't answer the first time.

I think aren't very professionals . I give my 2 weeks notice because I have to start working they never call back to cancel or anything.

Worst work experience!!!
The agency is well aware of the harrassment people give and they don't help you or believe you!
They sure know how to play their cards to keep you working with them but in the end you are in for a huge disappointment!
They should warn you about the hostile work environment and support but they don't! That's against the law and they will not help you. People open your eyes... you can't complain about it because they call you a liar...
People need to speak up and let your voice be heard...

I went in for my interview and was meet with unpleasant staff who acted like they were part of a high school freshman class. They wasted my time and acted like they didn't want to help me find a job.

Accused me of being high even though I told them I couldnt do it cause I had another interview AND WORKED A 3RD SHIFT JOB! DONT GO HERE! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you want to waste your time and sit there for 2 hours while they eat lunch and avoid you be my guest but for those looking for a job AVOID THIS PLACE!

Offered Me a Position I Accepted The Offer was told they'll set up a Interview that they would call me with the Date Never Called me Again, Called Back left messages to Sergio never received a Call Back very Unprofessional of the way the Situation was Handled.

Horrible. Got sent to an interview for the wrong position. The recruiter lied to me about the position and software I was supposed to be using. Also lied to the company about which machines I had experience running. Had to drive 40 min one way and use vacation time to make the only interview time available.

They take this service very seriously and will always do whats in the best interest for the candidate and client. Told in March of 2018 that I had a job. Now it s September 2019! Still have not recieved a job!!! Every few weeks I get a call but then they never follow thru with there words!!!!
