I do gig my whole life. I do high end. I never worked these guys and it was over low pay undercutting standards of average wages in industry. I still will give three stars just because they provide an option to what ends up being a monopoly without market competition. starting wages aside this is a business that makes money and provides work and pays into the system with taxes and provides an OPPORTUNITY. I RESPECT BUSINESS OWNERS EVEN IF THEY ARE KNOWN TO LOWBALL WAGES.

Still in my first season. As long as I continue to show that I'm willing to work, and WILL work, they will put me to work. I haven't had an issue with being scheduled to work. From what I've learned, they want people who are available and committed. If you show them that you are both available and committed, with all BS aside, there will be no issue with being scheduled to work. One piece of advice; showcase your abilities. It will pay off.

I am very disappointed with I belie e josh who was my instructor. I came fro. People ready and he was more than just a little rude and demeaning to me. He talked at me when I was doing everything asked of me. I worked the previpus night as a pusher but everyone around me keptbtakong over my jobs, i could handle any of the tasks i eas asked but people dont let ylunparticipate, so i was helping a lsdy that worked with rjino thatcwas coiling up the electrical cords she is a profressional with working with others and could use to teach others. I think her name was jen, i ve worked 17 years as a realtor, ow ed my own company for 5vyears i do know how to instuct others in a positive way . He yelled at me and made me feel he didnt rjink i could do the job. He se t me home because he didnt want to work witj me. The personal told me i would be paid forv4 hpurs and then trukng to pay only 1 hour fifteen minutes. He said tjis is high pace, i understand tjat but you need to respect others and make them like to work because u treated them fair and hprevious night and
