The customer service level of a graveyard. Sent many, many emails over a week regarding an urgent order. At this rate I'll be dead too before I hear back.

Considering this is a store where parents come with children and presumably often younger siblings, I was shocked when told my 3 year old could not use the toilets. We were told to drive to the nearest McDonalds. I explained he was only 3 and probably wouldnt last as he was getting anxious he was going to wet himself. He was holding his crutch and saying he needed to wee. After being told no to toilets by a younger staff member I approached middle aged brown haired woman hoping for assistance. She just shrugged and said we don t provide toilets to the public. We had to pee on a bush in the car park out the front while workers looked at us. I understand not providing toilets generally and to adults, but considering the clientele, exceptions should be made for young customers as a matter of human decency. Very disappointed and was a distressing morning! I will say a different young girl who served us was excellent and when we came back inside put a movie on for my little one and in generally she had a lovely manner. If only the managers of this store could take a leaf out of her book!

Have to get my child's uniform from here, but it's disappointing they don't ever do sales on uniforms or discount codes, or any kind of health care card discounts. So I get pants and shorts elsewhere.
