Pooh service they can t even keep half there employees every two weeks to a month someone quits.

I love working for RG Solutions. Mr. Calhoun always is fair and manages his company well. At the fair park vaccine site we are provided with water and snacks. I always feel supported!

**Sadly its impossible to give half a star or no stars** Great idea for helping the veterans, poor management for the employees. They "care" about your wellbeing but in reality they really don't... It shows a lot, the owners (Mr & Mrs. Calhoun) don't accept criticism well at all, and will accept the others word over yours to protect their money.. The outfits are a poor choice for what you do, and it can be lead to a heat stroke if its hot outside and you just have to put up with that. You also don't get mandatory 15 min breaks now so that's something new they "implemented", like how they get rid of "shifts" without a single word to the employees. If you like bad management, and someone who doesn't listen this job is for you.. Pros: You get weekends off ^^, and helping people is always a great feeling. Cons: The whole company

It has been a pleasure working with RG Talent and meeting some really great and hilarious group of hardworking folks. Mr. Calhoun cares about his staff and will represent and support his nurses. He was always present and a strong advocate for his hard working employees. I hope to continue the working relationship with this company in serving our community healthcare needs.

I enjoyed working with Mr. Calhoun.I worked several months giving vaccine and can say I enjoyed my experience. I ve met some amazing NURSES.

One of the worst employers I've ever worked for! Over worked without breaks, the uniform is impossible to work in especially during summer. You also are mandatory to stand the entire shift because they DONT want you to look comfortable and you are required to be outside during all weather conditions.
