I recently had the opportunity to work with a law firm for some legal advice and chose Reyes y Asociados, s.c. based on their website. While their website was informative and user-friendly, my overall experience with the company was average. The lawyers were knowledgeable and professional, but I found the communication to be lacking at times. It often took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which resulted in delays in the progress of my case. Additionally, I was hoping for more personalized attention, as I felt like just another client in the system. While I did receive the help I needed in the end, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and client engagement. Despite these shortcomings, I appreciate the expertise of the lawyers at Reyes y Asociados, s.c.
