they fixed it on the spot.Used the paint we requested,would

I have never used anyone but Reyes for my painting needs. There is no reason to look elsewhere. The crews are neat, detailed, timely and efficient. We have always been more than happy with the workmanship.
The 2 man crew removed wallpaper from our large kitchen, cleaned & primed the walls & then painted 2 coates on the kitchen walls. All this was done in 2 days!! They covered the floors & counters and changed the floor coverings at the end of the first day. Both gentlemen arrived when they said they would and worked 2 nine hour days. I would recommend Reyes Painting to anyone looking for a dependable quality company who charges a fair price. I found Reyes Painting on Nextdoor Fairway where a home owner in Bishop's Landing highly recommended the company for the same reasons I recommend them. We live in in Lord Baltimore Landing, Ocean View.
Reyes Painting has now done 2 commercial jobs for me and I could not be more pleased. The owner arrived as scheduled to give me an estimate, and followed up quickly with an email. The painting crew arrived every day on time, and was always courteous, professional and detail oriented. The jobs were completed as promised and the results were fantastic. I hired this company to paint all three floors of a new construction. They were very fair with the estimate and showed up on time every day and worked the full day.
I had originally given them five stars and would now change that to zero stars if I could. I noticed when I moved in a few days ago that when they moved the washer and dryer to paint behind, they put them back in the wrong spots. So, they put the dryer in the washer pan and put the washer on the floor. They somehow didn t notice the giant dryer plug or any of the water, drain, or air hoses having to now be stretched to the opposite sides because of their mistake. And the plug for the washer is lodged underneath it so I m unable to do any laundry. I know it was the painters mistake because I was here when Lowe s delivered and hooked up and had already done some laundry prior to painting.
No problem, I send an email asking them to come back out to just please switch the appliances back. I have a spinal condition that prevents me from moving heavy objects so I really needed their help. Phone call the next morning from the company essentially calling me a liar since their guys say they didn t move the appliances. They ll send someone to get the washer plug out from under the washer, but they are not willing to move the appliances back.
Now I have to hire someone to come switch them because I cannot, and I don t even know my neighbors yet to ask for help.
Once you pay them [all cash, btw], they are no longer the nice local business doing their best to succeed.
If you can avoid hiring them, do. And definitely tell your friends how they treat their clients.
Our experience with Reyes Painting exceeded our expectations. The team that power washed and painted the exterior of our house did a fantastic job. They took great care with the prepping, painting and the clean up. Very professional and pleasant. We love it!

Mr. Reyes never showed up for an appointment we had scheduled to get a job estimate. We left a message to verify if he was still coming but there was no reply so it was a disappointing experience. Some type of communication should have occurred if he was unable to meet with us.
