I have had my SRX since September of 2020 and absolutely live everything about it. And the program to earn mine for free was actually way easier than I thought it would be. I now own my out right free of charge just for showing 12 of my friends. Great product for sure 10/10
I got a call saying I had won a gift from a fair I had entered in for a humidifier. Was so excited. A lady came and carried all this stuff in. After she went through her whole demo she had done a good job or convince me to buy and telling me if I wants to return it I had. A few days and it would be no problem. Just call her. I ended with buyers remorse and knew I couldn t spend that kind of money with college kids expenses. I called her a few days later. I got a instant attitude and she preceded to tell me it is $150 to return. Funny she forgot to tell me that. Took over a month to get my return. My husband happened to be working out of town and worked with a guy who sister had passed and she happen to have a unit. They did a estate sale to help the family. I was thrilled and called the Local rep. I have never been treated the way she tested me. Belittling me and making me feel like awful person. If this is what you have woe,in for you. Good luck. I will figure it all out on my own. I think better customer service need to happen.
Would give ZERO stars if I could for business practices. The product itself is great. But the process you have to go through with their reps is so incredibly sketchy. We did their "program" with the company in AL and was scammed out of $1,000+. The product doesn't come close to being worth it based on what you have to go through with their company. Not only do they heavily discriminate against who "qualifies" for their program (they discriminate against senior citizens over 60 years of age, they discriminate against people that live in manufactured homes, they discriminate against people that don't own their homes, they discriminate against single people that don't live with a partner), but they also mislead people about terminology of terms relating to the program such as "A Line Sale" that would disqualify you from certain aspects of the "program" that results in being scammed out of their $1000+ bonus. It was a nightmare and am currently in the process of getting an attorney involved and filing suit. Bottom line: I would not recommend buying one unless you find a great deal on one and pay cash with no further ties to the company.
I have been a representative for the past 2 yrs and I love what I do I did not buy my unit to go work with them they offered the program so I went to work with them to get it for free I bought the product because I love the product working for them to get it free 5 months after I purchased it is amazing and also going into people's houses that suffer from Asthma and Allergies makes me proud of what I do and to the ones that have had bad experiences it's either u gave up or u weren't putting any work into it and expect the company to do it for u
Parts on the vacuum keep going out on my sister's vacuum and mine the pipes that go to the handle both of them. On my vacuum they both went out about 3 times each. Now I half to pay for them. Contacted rainbow they said it's distributors problem, I said no it's a workmanship problem. No help from them so be prepared to them twice a year. And it won stand up by it self, that part has been replaced 4 times. By a Dyson.
The new SRX system is great. My house is now germ free and my son no longer snores.
Complete pyramid scheme, not only to customers but to new employees/trainees. Stay far away from any product of rexair or any runoff company.
My wife received a call from a family member in regards to hearing a demo for the rainbow vacuum cleaner and was told she would receive a free air purifier. My wife willingly agreed to hear the demo, during the demo two members of the sales team and the family member who was a recruit talked her into trying to receive a free rainbow vacuum. The catch is she had to sell 2 and do 13 demonstrations of the product. I was not in agreement with this as the cost of the system is more than a used car, coming in at $2500 with 18% interest which brings grand total to right around $4000. It has been about two weeks now and she has gone on to do a lot trying to get this completed, she has helped sell 3 and has 5 remaining demos but the service members who originally got her to do it are now not helping her with the demos and she can not have a demo without them and then on top of that they continue to change the rules which make it harder. For example they now say for a married couple both members have to be home in order to qualify for a demo, well if that is the case I wasn't home for when my wife was given a demo. I also contacted Columbia office where she recruits for to get info and I was treated as a hostile party for asking the stipulations. Now since a person has returned one of the vacuums she now has to do 6 demonstrations.
My wife had a demo the other morning and was on location with the person who wanted a demo but no rainbow rep was there so she doesn't get credit. The people who are over her have been cancelling and asking for her to reschedule all the time because they say they are busy or just don't have time. You don't pay for fuel, you don't pay a salary, and you don't do repairs on my wife's vehicle. If you want loyal customers and loyal employees then you need to stop taking advantage of people and compensate them for there hard work.
This company has really made me very highly upset. I am a combat veteran that served my country honorably, I am now a low income blue collar worker and proud to be, but at the same time I don't like being taken advantage of by a company that schemes people into doing things and the cost of the machine could buy my kids Christmas or go toward something that could help more.
I have called numerous people requesting corporates number but I keep getting the run around and being told different things by different people, I was told someone would contact me and get back with me, like I haven't heard that before. Either start helping or be prepared for me to complain to everyone including the BBB. I will make a stink.
