The studies are fine. The problem is the guy Tim that does the studies because he doesn't give you all the information you need and then he expects you to be a mind reader. If this was my company he wouldn't be working for me. The ladies who did the studies before him were great. They always explained everything and there was never a problem.

This product Revlon Colorsilk Beautiful Color, Permanent Hair Dye with Keratin, 100% Gray Coverage, Ammonia Free , is causing chemical cut, it happened to me and two more people I know, be careful!
