Very good experience with the Reumaclinic in Genk.
Dr. Volders is very correct and a top doctor.

Today we checked again with Dr. Gofita. Nice doctor, always good explanation and a listening ear.

A shame really. Appointment at 2.15 pm (was there at 2 pm). At 3.40 pm I continued without seeing a doctor. There are borders. Can understand that you have to wait but 1h25 min I think about it.

Made a first appointment with Dr. Sileghem more than six months ago. The waiting time was 1 hour and 15 minutes!
Made an appointment two months ago for a second consultation on Wednesday 22 November.
Appointment scheduled at noon. At 13.10 it is my last patient's turn. He had an appointment at 11.40 AM !!!
Dr. Sileghem let me know that I would not wait any longer because I also have a daily schedule and that I would share these incredible experiences with my doctor. Her response was a casual "yes." Almost silly.
Then I left without consulting her. Also patients are still people !!

I was in the rheumatism clinic with doctor Coppens for the first time at the end of December 2020. I was treated shamefully by her. She should be ashamed ... Sad!

Always, with an appointment, wait a long time. Scandalous. Don't say anything about the doctors. But respecting time a little would make it much more pleasant.

I have been in treatment with Doctor Vanhoof for 25 years. And I have always been helped and followed up well
