UPDATE 10/31/19 RCM has sold the facility my loved one is a resident in. The Corporate Executives, President of Operation and Vice President of Operations do not care about anyone who resides in their facilities. Be very careful putting a loved one in any of their facilities.
..... I rec'd a call from RCM corporate office ONE time. No other correspondence from them as of 9/19. /Currently working with Corporate Office to resolve issues at facility. Our family greatly appreciates the time taken to address our concerns. /Will post details in due time. Poor management from home office trickling down to facilities.

What a great place for people that want a place to retire, and have a fun time doing it. A wonderful, friendly, and caring staff, and that goes a long way in trusting someone to take care of family.
