I worked with Claire and she was awesome. She presented 4 plans to me and she explained very clearly the key points of those plans. She also followed up with a detailed email summarizing the plans. I felt absolutely no pressure from her to select a specific plan. Within one week (after looking at the plans online), I chose a Medicare Plan G supplement and a Part D drug plan. Claire completed the applications, I reviewed them, and she submitted them for me.

I don't know where to begin. When I initially called the rep asked enough questions to get a handle on what I might need - prescription, vision, dental etc. She then set a date & time when one of their counselors would call me. That's when I met Matt, one of the most courteous, professional & patient people I have ever met. He was in no hurry, answered every question I had & explained all the options. He had a recommendation based on the information he had on me & I was amazed at what he came up with. I'm a retired Teamster & we had the proverbial "Cadillac" health plan which I could carry until I turned 65. I'm giving up very little as far as coverage goes. They won't just sign you up & forget about you, I talked to Matt again today with a couple questions & again he had the answers. Every one I have talked to at RetireMEDiQ has been friendly & courteous, very knowledgeable & unrushed. I can't say enough good things about Matt, the counselor I was assigned. The depth of his knowledge is absolutely amazing.
