We have been using Retailware since before it s inception- while it was known as Worldnet! The name changed, the look of the UI changed, but the ease of use and service backup remains just the same- excellent!! Retailware has grown and so have we along with them. I am using Jewelsoft, a jewellers software by Retailware for past 7-8 years. My experience is excellent. The software is very user friendly and the support is simply fantastic.

The support time is officially from 9 am to 7 pm all 7 days, but we get support even after that. On 31st march the support team was on standby till late night but the year end procedure is very seamless and no support was required.

The Retailware team comes up with new updates for the software from time to time. I am currently using desktop version, and I hope they develop a cloud / browser based software soon.

In total, a happy experience.

I am personally use this software more than 5 years it's very useful day to day accounting.
Billing ,generating reports, account calculation,like all its really very helpful. I always recommend this retaiware for store operations.

I have personally used this Retailware/Softech software for more than 4+years at one of our business modules... kudos to the interface and easy handling modes of it.

> Insta generation of reports/analysis (Y2Y,M2M etc) was pretty lag free and easier to download in various formats.

> Multiple users ID creation which gave access to pretty confidential & non confidential reports, data was an add on feature which was great especially when topline Vs Mid management had access to software.

> Stock Management had various advancements for inwards/Outwards and diff modes of good movement reports could also be generated accordingly... major upline for a report for seperate stock movement for temporary basis which helped in managing Asset inventory too.

> Finance credentials had various long drop down headers for adding various forms of transactions. (GV format available)

> CRM was one great add on`s which gave all inputs starting from first till last purchases of clients, accessibility of the same according to time in time for reviews, marketing cycles, notification & alerts to consumers where very good.

Simply put it an amazing software to work with , easier to access, easier to upgrade basis our needs, lag free, maintenance down time (Very very less - even if it happens, on time intimations from support) had a very good time using it for this long period for one of our venture which dealt with sales and also after sales service for years and years on... so imagine the workload, data this software managed for us... KUDOS to the team Retailware Softech...

Customer service is very bad
Even if you ask to remove software companies name then too they don t cooperate
There are many companies who are providing better software than this at very less rate.
My friend in Sangamner stoped using this within a month. All that money got wasted
