Our House got flooded. Restored the house like brand new. New hard wood floor, new walls etc. Even better than before. Living room is spacious. Very inviting. Honest workers. good management. Highly Recommended. Above all. Very affordable.
We found some mold in the ceiling when we removed a cabinet and it was due to a leak in the pipe somewhere above. We asked 3 different companies to come take a look at it. First of all the response was great and Joe came and took a look at it at the earliest. Very professional from the beginning and they got the right tools to measure the humidity. One other company that took a look did not really check for the humidity and gave us an estimate which was thrice as expensive for all the work that wasn't needed. We scheduled the work with Joe. Two field techs came to get the job done. They arrived on time, were very courteous, professional and efficient. I requested them for pictures and they made sure to share them with me. Did a very neat job. Over and above, it took less than what the original estimate was and Joe was kind enough to not charge anything extra than what was actually required. We actually saved 20% than what was originally quoted. I believe that's what an honest person would do. I recommend restoration solution from my experience.
I cannot rate Jim Thurber from Restoration Solutions high enough (I wish there were 100 stars I could give). We had a major flood throughout our entire house. We were extremely unhappy with the restoration company recommended by our insurance, we looked at many restoration companies that did not impress us, and luckily were finally given a referral to Restoration Solutions. Jim assessed our somewhat difficult project and gave us ideas for solutions that other companies did not. He was involved and proactive about every step of the project. Jim was in constant contact with us regarding everything going on, if we ever needed him he was easy to reach (day, night, even on weekends). All of the workers who came to our home were professional, responsible, and respectful of our home. Every stage of the project happened on time (or ahead of schedule). Jim made everything seem easy, even though other companies we talked to made everything seem so difficult. Our home restoration turned out better that we could have ever imagined, and we really credit Jim Thurber and Restoration Solutions for making this possible. Broken water heater necessitated extensive repairs. Rafael and his crew took care of everything in a timely and professional manner.
Restoration soultions is a great company to work with. We had a refrigerator leak in a townhouse that we had just bought four months ago. It had leaked into the common wall- behind our kitchen and dining room and underneath all the floors in our house- called restoration soultions and Joe Cuevas came in and did an estimate for me- had it over the same day and had crews( all of which were friendly and professional) out the very next day. He was polite, informative, and most importantly professional and knew what he was doing. Although I hope to never use his company again- I won't hesitate to call them.
We had a slab leak which resulted in quite a bit of damage to our flooring and carpeting. Jim Thurber, from Restoration Solutions, provided a competitive quote and was able to start work the following week. The flooring we chose to replace our damaged flooring was on back order. Once the flooring was in stock, the RS team started work a couple of days later and finished a day earlier than planned. The quality of the work is excellent and the construction personnel completing the work were professional, friendly and very hard working.

My rental property had the very unfortunate catastrophe of a busted pipe under the house. Thankfully all damages were covered by insurance, however there was a lot of meeting contractors etc. Jim at Restoration Solutions called to schedule his piece of the repair for the drywall and paint. He was sincerely empathetic to hear about my 60 year old beautiful hardwood floors that had been destroyed. I would have wished for RS to do the entire project, however insurance pieces out each item-remediation, drywall, paint, floors etc. If you have the option to chose, which you do, I would highly recommend having RS do everything.
One of the other contractors were supposed to do the baseboards, however, they did not tell me that somehow they were only doing the floors. So after an extra week the project was in limbo. I asked for Jim and RS to finish the work. Even though the baseboards were a small job to them they took it. I really did not want to work with the other contractor at all for even a second longer. Jim and his crew installed the baseboards and even did the touch-up work left by the flooring contractor.
If you ever have the misfortune of needing this remedy go with RS and ask for Jim!

These guys are great. I worked with Jim who was excellent with his communication throughout the remediation/restoration process. Always available by phone or text, or would return a call within the hour.
I had a shower leak that damaged walls, floor, ceiling. Jim took care of the problem quickly and handled all communication with my insurance company. They remedied a bad situation as smoothly as possible.

My parents had grease fire in their kitchen February 9th. Thank goodness everyone was okay but needless to say, the kitchen was totaled.
Within a few days since this happened over a weekend, AAA was in touch and had sent out Jack Manata with Restoration Solutions to meet with us. Right off the bat, he was prompt, caring, professional and respectful of the situation and was willing to help ASAP! With a lot of crazy ambulance chasers trying to contact us to get our business, we felt safe and secure with Jack. He explained the process and how everything would work going forward in detail and had no problem repeating any of it when needed. Throughout the 4 month renovation Jack was in contact every step of the way keeping us informed as to what work was being done when and with which sub-contractor etc., which by the way, all the subs were great as well! I honestly can t say enough as to how well we were taken care of from start to finish. Mom and Dad are extremely happy with how the kitchen and home turned out as well as the rest of the family. A huge thank you to Jack for making this experience an awesome one!
