Restaurante Salero Review

Salero is a quiet restaurant, which is ideal for formal dates or "catch up" nights with your group of friends. A place frequented by young people.

Salt shaker is tastefully decorated, in which brown-white and gray tones are combined. Each table in the restaurant has its own charm. If you are a large group of girls, I recommend reserving the table with the chester chair in the center of the room and, if you are going as a couple and want something intimate, one of the tables on the sides. Eye! In winter flee from the tables by the door or your night will end in bed, but with the flu.

If you are going to go to the place for the first time, you will need a translator of the letter because you will not know how to decipher it. Salero combines Thai food with Mediterranean cuisine. Among its proposals I recommend: the phad thai, the mee goreng and the burrata with arugula, tomato jam and fresh thyme.

I was last Saturday and I'm sure we'll be back !!!
The food is great, we ordered everything to share a maitake salad of spinach with seaweed, excellent a delight.
A few teaspoons of octopus with an incredible pure and a gyoza of prawns with a magician sauce.
We enjoyed very much the place is very cozy, we saw the lady as towards the gyozas there, and the waitress explained that she is the one that makes the desserts, of course a charm

Salero has been my absolute favorite in Barcelona for more than 15 years. The food and staff are incredible. It was a regular place when I lived in Barca and its always on my list when i vist. The steak is increadible.

Well located, the food is of very good quality but the service was bad enough that we had a large reserved table and they left us abandoned practically everyone served except our table that the main course came out at 24 hours of the night.

We ate more or less correctly. But when the bill came they doubled everything we had ordered. Never will come back as when we complain about the bill being wrong they didn't even need to ask what was wrong in it, they already knew. None of the two waiters that were attending us even apologize for the mistake.

A typical restaurant in the El Born district. Chic bohemian and nice. The burger and octopus were a treat. Paella made us less excited. Price in accordance with the standard.

I like its decoration better, more welcoming and more luminous than in Born. My favorite dishes are still on the menu! Bravo!

Nice and well decorated place in the middle of the Born.
Good combination between simplicity and quality throughout gives the variety of entrees offered.
The second, to choose (Lok Lak Sach Moan), and despite a somewhat modest presentation, really tasty and complete, very rich!
For dessert, sweet organic.
Highly recommended and perfect attention.
Ideal if you are looking for organic / vegetarian food in the middle of a picturesque neighborhood like El Born.

Overpriced, underwhelming food. They also messed up my delivery order and didn't sent me a dish I paid for with my order. They had to send it a second time. I won't visit or order from this place again.

Most dishes are small and pretentious. The tai pad stands out for being watery and with confusing flavors. The artichoke chips were hard and don't stick anything with the mint. The vegetable tempura was pretty good and the service very good but the food leaves something to be desired with relatively high prices.

The food and service was exquisite. There is a good quality price relation. We will be back soon.

I have known the restaurant for years. It was one of my favorites in Barcelona but this last time I was a little disappointed. For me, the quality (almost excellence) in the dishes and the service have dropped a bit. The service was not excellent either, very pleasant but slow to attend us even when the restaurant was empty.
I left with the feeling that the restaurant lives on what it was. Still a good place for dinner.

Buenoooo, much must be said about these women! I had the opportunity to work for them as a carpenter and later be their client in the restaurant. What a good atmosphere, what good energy and the truth that having worked in hospitality. I can say that it is one of the few places that feels really good energy, good chemistry between them and not something pretended.
Cheer up when the covid passes we return!

Restaurant in the Borne of my favorites in Barcelona. The Mediterranean and Asian fusion letter very well thought out, yes sir! The interior is very cool and they have very rich cava options. Dinners end without nightmares in bed, thanks guys!

The visit here gave me much pleasure. Informal and quiet for a little shutdown.

Hmm, me and the misses had a great meal here and would love to go back there again.. great steak, and even Burata on the menu. We were helped by a very effecient team of people and the people in the kitchen were the best, Team Philipines.. I was amazed by the speed and efficiency they had.. I'm a bit surprised other people don't share that experience as much as we do.

We went to dinner 18 and they brought us food for 8. We were all hungry. Honestly, I found it embarrassing that they directly leave you hungry, I am not even talking about the quality, it is simply an issue that they did not bring us food !!!! The truth seemed fatal to me !!!

This probably didn't match my taste but I didn't find the food that great how other reviews says... It was expensive and disappointing. Stuff was slow and I have a feeling they avoid me because I didn't speak spanish. It seemed to me like ages when I was waiting for payment...

Wonderful atmosphere and an excellent soundtrack. The service is efficient and very friendly. The very cold Urquell beer, a great souvenir. The handlebars were amazing. As a main course I ordered the filet, exactly where I like it.
