Issa and the crew once more made an unforgatable evening and experience. After not being able to go out for dunner in 11 weeks we Made reservations at Subliem. We were wow-ed by the interior changes the crew has made Suriname the lockdown. The dood once again was excellent and truly made with love. The waiters were friendly and beautifully amicable as well as professional. We strongly advice every one to make a reservation and experience this wonderfull restaurant and entourage for yourselves. The 3 course dinner was okay. I had The fish both as starter and for main course. The lobster soup was very good! The main was a bit too salt, and the tuna not that tender. Dessert on The other hand was soooo tasty, and with table side prep from The chef - super cool. The service was very good and fourthcoming. Atmosphere was Nice and cozy, because of The small sorroundings. Very Nice for an intimitate dinner both as a couple or a dinner company.
Very nice little restaurant. We've got welcomed and helped in a very nice manner. I would recommend the mixed menu that way you can taste every dish they have available. You will really treat yourself.

After walking past Subliem several times over a few weeks we decided to venture in. It was a fantastic experience. The food was first class, the service impeccable and the wines sublime. Having visited many restaurants in Haarlem this is without doubt one of the best.
We love this restaurant. Honest and very lovely food. Friendly and well trained staff. Very cosy atmosphere with semi open kitchen. Take the grand dessert!
A very nice place with an intelligent offer of wine We had a family dinner and had a free choice menu each. Meat and fish were excellent, accompanying wines well matched. The service was very diligent and pleasant creating a peaceful and cozy ambiance.
We went to celebrate a family birthday, it is a cozy place with good menu. It feels like family run restaurant with fun people. Good wine options, great dessert happy with the service and food. My rating 9/10.
