The boss is not very pleasant and does not smile aggressively when she speaks

With my family we had lunch on the terrace this Sunday, August 9. To start with we were made welcome by a lovely waitress and the view over the harbor was stunning. For my part, I first had a seafood duo, then I ate a steak of blonde Aquitaine beef and finally tasted their marvelous mint and chocolate cake. All this was served quickly and by a smiling and pleasant staff. As for the value for money there is nothing to say, fresh products and homemade for a menu at 22.50. I highly recommend this restaurant my family and I came out very satisfied, book preferably.

The place is superb! The waitresses are very nice and friendly. We arrived at 8 (3 adults and 5 children ...!) And we were received and served like royalty!
The children's menu contains a real dish (steak or salmon) like the parents. The menu at 22.5 is excellent! Everything was very good, in good quantity, and very well presented.
A great discovery, you can go there with your eyes closed, it was great!

So .... I allow myself an opinion because according to some users, it's not good but then not good at all and it's expensive, very expensive and ... the boss is haughty, etc ... These Claims are so ridiculous compared to the Cap Nell restaurant that I think these people are bitter competitors! So, my husband and I come back to lunch as soon as we can (because we are no longer in Charente Maritime) at Cape Nell for the following simple reasons: it's delicious, today we took scallops to the Plancha and the fishmonger's board; simply excellent, the desserts idem and I engage the Rochelais and the tourists of passage to discover this place where the team is very pro, the delicious dishes and the fast service in spite of 5 August and a terrace crowded! Terrace in front of the marina with almost no cars passing in front, a very nice culinary and friendly place not to miss!
