Why leave the possibility of making a reservation online if that is not enough? I made a reservation request around 10 am indicating that it was for noon. I was called back by leaving a message on my answering machine telling me that the reservation was taken into account and that it was just necessary to contact them again to indicate a precise time of reservation. So I call back at 12:15 to signal that we are arriving and there, I am told that the table has been assigned to someone else! Too bad for you, a lost regular customer ...
